I felt it was easy to book although there website could do with a update it was still relatively easy just on ipad and phone it glitches a lot, the accommodation is good location price and has lots of events for us students, one downfall is the room wasn't cleaned well when I arrived in which I requested a clean which was completed but other than that it is very good!

The Terry Frost Building Biography
The Terry Frost Building is located within easy reach of Leeds Beckett University, the University of Leeds, and Leeds Trinity University. Situated Northeast of the city centre and within a fifteen-minute walk of the First Direct Arena and Trinity Shopping Centre, students will have plenty to explore on their days off.
If you are in a social mood, you can hang out in the communal lounge, garden, private dining room, cafe, or rooftop terrace. When needing to buckle down and focus on classwork, residents can make use of the WiFi, study room, and meeting room. To help keep you fit and active, there is an onsite gym, free to make use of. What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
What is a guarantor and do I need one?
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Will I need to pay a deposit on student accommodation?
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

overall it’s really nice , maintenance, staff and the cleaning side let it dish , but the building is very nice . so good job to the designers

The accommodation is great. There are many different social spaces including those for study or social relaxation. The staff are amazing and sorted and issues swiftly and professionally. WiFi is good for the most part. With so many people on one system it can't always be great and has some days worse than others but it works 90% of the time and only cuts out for a few minutes at a time, if that. I really enjoy staying here and I have rebooked for next year!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely and spacious accommodation! The huge windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was the amazing rooftop, which offered a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. The location is excellent, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore all the local attractions and amenities. Additionally, having an Aldi and One Beyond right opposite made it extremely convenient for grocery shopping and other essentials. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. It's a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm.

I love how the building is new all the rooms are modern and a sufficient space for a uni accommodation, because we were the first to move in the rooms are clean and fresh. The rooftop is nice and modern and has a beautiful view, the management throw good events with a sufficient amount of food like dominos pizza. However, the cafe/food area was supposed be finsihed by when we moved in but it still isn’t and we’re paying quite a high price for amenities that aren’t even built, the cinema room is more of a common area not a projector. Then lastly, the only improvement that could be made is if they added a tv to at least the kitchen, other accommodations have TVs in their kitchens and they pay less but the prices are high and the 8 deluxe flats don’t come with TVs. Also the laundrette prices are quite pricey compared to other cheaper accommodations.

Modern and well-rounded accommodation with lots of social spaces. The management is really helpful and organize socials regularly. The cleaner, Dawn, is super sympathetic and lovely to talk to. The rooms are also very spacious and well worth the price. My only issue is the distance from the university but if that isn't an issue. Overall, I highly recommend The Terry Frost Building for a fantastic price to performance ratio.

The room's sound insulation is not very good, especially the sound of a party in the hallway in the early morning is difficult to sleep.

Quiet and cozy accommodation，and there are near aldi and a Chinese supermarket，it is convenient，terryfrost has very nice receptionists，everytime when i collect my parcels，they are friendly.

The pefect accommodation for students. Close to the Leeds City Centre. Brand new furniture, modern facilities, spacious kitchen. Some of the common areas still under construction. Overall, one of the best luxury accomodations in Leeds.
