looks Really nice and expensive, it has a slide and they do a lot of promotion but really not my cup of tea during my stay. The management were awful.

Positives: - The location is excellent for UoL - The staff are very friendly - WiFi is good - Rooms are decent size Negatives: - For the first month after we moved in, we didn’t have a bin, mop or hoover (if they’re advertising cleaners for your kitchen, you don’t get any) - Both kitchen bulbs blew so we asked reception to fix them. It has been well over a month now and they still haven’t been fixed - we’ve had to use the lights on our phones for cooking. - There is this gross gooey stuff coming from the fan above the stove, which we complained about when we first arrived and it STILL hasn’t been sorted. -We live above a dominos whose delivery come at 1-2 AM EVERY night. - There is only one fridge between 6 people, and there were shelves missing from there as well We have had to complain over and over and over again for things that should be fixed straightaway. Reception are nice but unfortunately don’t do anything. It’s not good enough. Would not recommend.
