DO NOT STAY HERE! I haven’t had a worst living experience than staying here. Every studio comes with a washer/dryer but mine was broken and they didn’t fix it for 2 months!! The internet went down for 2 weeks and I had to use my data to study! Also the bin rooms were working occasionally but now they don’t work at all and the whole building has been filled with fruit flies! There are fruit flies in my room and my neighbors rooms, and no matter what I’m doing to get rid of them it seems like they are re appearing. Please do yourself a favor and don’t decide to stay here. Spend your money somewhere it will be worth it.
If zero stars were possible I would definitely give it. If you want to be tortured for a year, you can stay here.

Good accommodation. The facilities are nice and the staff is very kind.
After living much time here in Novel Student Glasgow, I'm sad to say that not all that glitter is gold. Upon my arrival, all seemed well. However, the staff tend to treat clients very poorly, i.e. arguing and yelling, not addressing issues that a student may have, the manager of the building being one of the most unreliable of them all.
It's good, the parties are fun too
I highly recommend Bridle Works to any student seeking a comfortable, convenient, and community-oriented living environment. From its prime location to its excellent facilities and friendly staff, it ticks all the boxes for an exceptional student accommodation experience.

I love living here the staff are great, I like that there are available 24-7 and I really enjoy the events Lucy with the purple hair is such fun and help introduce me to other students . I also like Fiona’s yoga class and enjoy the hot chocolate
Moved here last September and they have made me feel welcomed from day 1. The front desk staff[Lucy, Sabrina, Fiona, Morgan] have always been super friendly and welcoming. The night staff's been amazing too[Waseef, Conner, Sofia]. They are always friendly and super helpful. The building also has great parties and meet ups which helped me make new connections with people. And my own place has been amazing, a perfect apartment that matched all my needs.
Amazing experience！I really love the yoga class provided by Fiona every Sunday morning! She can speak Chinese so it is great for me!! Very nice people!
I've been living at Bridleworks Student Accommodation in Glasgow for a while now, and honestly, it feels like home. The location is just perfect for me – it's close to the uni and the heart of the city, so everything I need is just a stone's throw away. My room is cozy and has everything I need, making those late-night study sessions a bit more bearable. But what I really love is the 20th floor lounge. It's where we all hang out, and I've met some amazing people there. The staff here are super friendly too – they're always up for a chat and really helpful whenever I need anything. It's not just a place to crash; it's where I've made some great friends and memories. living here has been one of the best parts of my big move to Glasgow .

Facilities in the accomation gearfully satisfied my daily live and make my accomadtion life more comfortable. Also, events that accomation organized are excellent, specially the yoga lesson is really good for students.
The staff are very friendly and i’ve made a lot of friends from events. One of the only accommodations with a dish washer and washing machine in the rooms.
Overall underwhelming, Rooms are perfect, location is perfect. Management is not functional/up to standard and look uncaring. Many contract violations.Barely any social events. No more cleaning. Constant unhygienic environments on each floor.
I and my friends a lot of our time here, in the cinema room, or the 20th floor or in the ground floor having coffee, the staff were always friendly to us especially, Conor Feely, Sophiya Lee and Wasiff on the night staff. They are always friendly to us and talks with me all the time.

This place is all smoke and mirrors - your first week or so is a dream after that it’s nothing but stress. Everyone is paying different prices for the same room, the staff are careless and unhelpful and actually quite rude at times. Half of the amenity rooms don’t work and you have to bring your own devices/appliances. Maintenance takes months to get done and there is no privacy.
I have been staying here for 2 years now. Best location ever - close to bus stops, the subway, Queen Street Train station, and Buchanan Bus Station! There’s even a 15 minute bus that direction takes you to Uni of Glasgow. Even if you’re returning home late at night, it’s a safe and well lit neighbourhood. It is a bit pricey compared to other student accommodations in Glasgow, but the amenities are worth it. The staff are extremely friendly and there’s a 24/7 reception & parcel collection.
It’s the best student accommodation in Glasgow and one of the best in the UK, 24/7 security. Really nice and friendly stuff members. I liked the events of each month and this is thanks to Andrea, Sabrin, Hariet and Saly.
overall good accomodation however a lot of damaged things , events are a joke sometimes 5(eg: 5 packages of chips) for "food"

I think the accommodation needs to be cleaner, I think they should fix the trash shut on all floors so people aren’t carrying their rubbish in the lifts, the accommodation is in a great area
Great location and facilities. Lots of issues such as not having hot water regularly or a lot of the facilities and amenities not working even tho the staff has been told in many times it doesnt work.
Think carefully before booking your accommodation in Bridle Works. My room’s ceiling has been leaking water in different areas (over bed, close to the window, and over the bedside table) this semester. I’ve asked for maintenance at least three times. They did repair, but didn’t resolve the problem entirely every time. I know that they’ve probably tried their best to fix it, and the staff are kind, but then that means the leak is a problem remained from when the building was first built. Additionally, the building was built in 2021. It should be good since it’s so young, but unfortunately, it’s NOT.
A good apartment for students in Glasgow to live in
Living in Bridle Works is quite a comfortable experience! I only spend 3 minutes to get the nearest subway station.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This company have done a great job at false advertising EVERYTHING. A year later there is still construction being carried out, floods with sewage in flats and the reception, a terrible staff team, I could go on and on. But if you care about your well being don’t stay at this accommodation.
Construction on the building still has not been completed. it has been almost a year and construction has continued with students in residence. The onsite management team are not support by off-site management and complaints are not resolved. The city Council and student unions have been involved attempting to address the poor management response of the building at the start of the academic year. I have still not received a resolution to a considerable complaint I made over four months ago. Construction work was not communicated to be before tenancy. The building remains a construction site with contractors frequently onside without warning to residents. I actively discourage other students from taking up residency in this accommodation. The unprofessionalism with which complaints and residents have been met is unprecedented and reflects their poor business practices. None of the previously mentioned issues have been resolved and construction has not been completed as of 24 June 2022.
Moved in back in September and its been a great experience. As an older postgrad student, Bridle Works has been the perfect place to be based during my stay in Glasgow. The staff are definitely the best aspect of living here as they're super friendly and don't hesitate to go above and beyond whenever they can. Lucy, the leasing manager, is super helpful and facilitated a smooth move-in.

Worst place I’ve ever lived in. Not had any thing working from washing machine to dishwasher. Nothing is ready boulders about constantly. These people do not care about anything but money. Do not come here unless you want to get scammed.
Could not be more of a nightmare. The building is not built. There is indoor and outdoor construction. The fire alarm has gone off over 30 times in the 3 weeks I've been here, sometimes as often as five times in one day, and often in the middle of the night. Staff are completely unequipped to handle this. None of the common spaces are built. The vast majority of the tenants feel we were scammed and defrauded by the building.
