Excellent Location and proximity to major railway stations, subway stations, bus stops. Close to several grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, universities etc. Very good value for money (cheaper than most student accommodations in such a good locality), very friendly and genuinely helpful staff who intervene in matters only if needed. Fantastic internet and wifi. Many great booking offers, and lively staff who organise events during the year such as pizza night at the start of the academic year, breakfasts, sweet buffets, contests, etc. I have lived here for a year (2019-19) and am fully satisfied.

It is a shithole with a mice infestation. Lack of social spaces. Too many people in a kitchen. Invasive and sneaky staff. Poor quality rooms and lack of facilities, and a colossal rip of for Royal Conservatoire students at £145 a week. Thank god they pulled out
I didn't stay in this hall, but I know most of the people make their first friends here. Quite nosy if you don't like noise or parties and quite expensive compared to students flats.
A disgusting rip-off. Who would have thought that the halls of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland would be so poorly managed and run as if it were a nursery group for 5 year olds.
