St Mary's Biography
If you are studying at the University of Bristol, you’re in luck as the campus is only a few minutes away. St Mary's is located in the heart of the city centre, surrounded by fantastic local attractions. The property is brand new for September 2022, meaning you can enjoy sleek facilities and amenities.
You and your friends can enjoy hanging out in the entertainment room, common room, private dining room and outside area. There is a handy gym, study rooms and WiFi for you to make use of. You can sleep soundly knowing there is a management team, CCTV, 24-hour service, contents insurance and secure key entry. To make your stay as easy as possible, there is bike storage, laundry facilities and all-inclusive bills.
Inside the building, you have a variety of rooms to choose from, ranging from self-contained studios, 1, 2 and 4-bed apartments and duplexes to shared apartments.

Really loved living here as a student new to Bristol! The location is amazing (10min walk to uni!) and the team are always super helpful!

It would be better if there are other entertainment facilities, such as table tennis and so on. A bigger gym with more equipment would be perfect. Most of the staff are very nice. The network is not very stable in the past few months, and the demand may be relatively large. But the location is great, when you have class in the morning you can sleep a little longer. Most of the staff are nice. The price may be more expensive, but it is worth it, such as the furniture is new. And the repairs are done in a timely manner.

Perfect accommodation for a UOB student! Not even a 10 minute walk from the University campus and merely across the road from the Wills Memorial Building. Very stylish and modern accommodation that I enjoy showing to friends. Plenty of facilities including a comfy common area, cinema room with bean bags and a big screen, a gym, multiple work spaces, and a private dining and kitchen area to hang out with friends. Always some sort of event going on so plenty of opportunities to meet others in the building or staff members. Staff are extremely friendly and always happy to have a chat about your day.

St. Mary's opened in September 2022, and I've thoroughly enjoyed staying here so far! University is literally right across the street, making this one of the biggest highlights and perks of living here! Another plus is the amount and quality of facilities and common areas in this accommodation. There's a gym, albeit small but functional and has everything you need; a dining room with a kitchen and a long table that seats 12 people, a pingpong table, many work rooms, and a lovely entertainment room where you can chill on beanbags and watch movies. The decor is chic and modern. When I invite friends over, they love it and can't stop talking about how good it is! It feels really warm and cozy, and the staff is super kind and helpful! They always have a smile on their faces and are here to help out. Ben, Cormac, Kanayo, etc. are some amazing staff that I got to know :) They are quick to respond and constantly try their best to accommodate our requests, including the night-time security.
Staff are always there for help, the location is perfect (close to Wills Memorial Building) especially if you are studying law, a lot of study and social spaces where you can hang out or study with friends. Wifi is superb unlike other accoms!

In an amazing location with great amenities. Parcel service is excellent. The social areas and corridors are regularly cleaned. Rooms feel safe and secured. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
