It is the worst accomdation I've ever lived and the price is so high.
When i moved in the room. It is not clean, full of dust and silverfish. However, the room is very big, which is nice and i can hardly hear my neighbour.
Ineffective maintenance team:
I lived beside the street, i can smell weed from time to time and cold air often leaks from the windows. I reported this since September it's still not fixed.
The elevator is broken for at least a quarter of all time.
The range hood is useless, extremely low power and cannot be turned off, the button on it is just a decoration. I contacted the maintain team about this, but they say this is how they designed.
Lastly is the receptionist, some of them are rude, low efficiency and be off the work far eariler than they should be. I highly appreciated the new receptionist Mattia, he is the best receptionist even though he just came to work for one week. He did an excellent job and is very responsible.
