Building is well maintained and staff have been friendly and attentive to issues. Also includes useful spaces such as a gym and study room. Location is great in the centre of Bristol with a short walk to both the university and the city centre. Wifi is good but sometimes slows down heavily, forcing you to reconnect to solve the issue. There could also be some repainting of studios and rooms to make them feel more modern as currently it can feel a little old. Would recommend overall!
