What are the top reasons for choosing The Rackhay?
We spoke to Unite Students to find out more:
1. The accommodation is exclusively for The University of Bristol students and is only a 10-minute walk away from campus.
2. Being located in the centre of Bristol, near the waterfront, across the road from a convenience store and near Kings Street and St. Nicholas market means you have everything you need right on your doorstep.
4. Challenge your friends to a game of pool or table tennis in the common room.
5. For a convenient stay, there is a communal study space and vending machines.
6. You can also enjoy events and the social spaces at Unite’s Favell House and Waverley House.
Rooms:
There are 115 rooms at The Rackhay. All of these non-en-suite rooms are purposefully designed and share a bathroom, kitchen and living space with flatmates.
The Rackhay unlike some of the other accommodations doesn’t have a great physical appearance, however the location being right in the city centre within a 20 minute walk to the majority of university buildings, night clubs, gyms etc definitely makes up for this. Also the flats are modern inside and the rooms have small double beds with decently sized bedrooms that fit a good amount of belongings - I overpacked haha and I still got it all in!
