I had the privilege of being assisted by Laeticia from the student experience team. Her personalized attention and dedication were truly remarkable. She helped me review my case diligently, uncovering debts I wasn’t even aware of. Her professionalism and commitment made a significant difference in resolving my situation. I highly recommend Laeticia for her exceptional service and support.
Unite accomodations are brilliant all-around and take away the stress of general living from anyone who signs up for a tenancy with them, leaving you with only the basics that need to be taken care of - and that includes getting the tenancy itself. Service is brilliant - I resigned for tenancy today, but I believed I would be unable to until a Unite Village colleague, Ben, immediately assisted me through the process of getting a place for the new academic year, quick and easy. I cannot recommend Unite service enough.
Spoke to Mehrdad. He was incredibly insightful and spent 45 minutes with me going through various different options. I can’t recommend him enough. Thanks Mehrdad!

Woke up today with my whole room flooded, Chris facilities came cleaned up the room and supported me with the aftercare. He also helped with relocated me to a new room. He was so helpful and I’m really glad he was the one to help.

I have received a letter but the receptionist asking me to check with ofs . Iam not sure whether iam paying to unite students or ofs. I asked for the manager there is no response for that too. Its been more than 2 months i have not received any letter or mail related to it
Please come to main reception and you will be able to speak with unite in regards to your account .
When I needed urgent help a person called Shaf helped me out tremendously. He make everything very smooth and easy.

Shasiq and Harmeet helped me during the midnight . My room carpet is wet due to somewhere leaking and they help me clean my room. They also tried their best to help me.

Everything is ok, average. But customer service and the reception helping issues is terrible. All they know how to do is give parcels.

This block is full of international students and not good for an English student especially if you are a fresher trying to meet new people.
