The Toybox offers residents convenient student living as you have everything you need right on your doorstep. There are fantastic transport links available for you to make use of, including The Five Ways Train Station, which is only a five-minute walk away and a bus stop down the road. This means you can get to any university within Birmingham in no time. When you are not busy with classwork, you can explore the great pubs, bars and clubs the city has to offer.

I have spent a pleasant 5 months at TOYBOX. The infrastructure is excellent. There is a recreation area, a study room and a self-service snack machine in the flat. The most important thing is that the reception staff are very welcoming. You can ask them for help with any problem. TOYBOX is also in a great location, only 5 minutes from five way train station. There is a Chinese supermarket downstairs and a tesco 5 minutes away. morrison and Marks and Spencer are only a 15 minute walk away.

I've been living in toybox for 6 months now, I live in a single room but I've met a lot of good friends in tb. We usually cook together in the evening in the kitchen of our ensuite friends' house. It's easy to have lots of friends at toybox and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. It's close to school and the city centre, so you can study and have fun. The studio is very spacious. You can even live with two people. All in all, life at toybox is very happy. Highly recommended toybox!

Very nice student house, the recreation room has plenty of recreational activities like billiards and foosball. I had a triple room and the kitchen was so big that I could call my friends over to cook and eat with them at weekends. The most we've had at a party was 15 people eating together. The kitchen has four hobs and a large fridge, so you don't have to worry about running out of space. If you already know friends, the ensuite is a great choice. Also I stayed on the 1st floor and I didn't hear any noise at night even though the windows were facing the road. The stay was very good 👍

It's in a great location with two supermarkets downstairs and not far from Tesco. It takes about twenty minutes to get there by bus and train. Internal facilities are also very perfect, there are separate express cabinets and mailboxes. The studio rooms are also very nice with lots of light facing the road and all rooms have automatic ventilation system.

The ToyBox is a flat that I really liked, especially its Premium Studio with all the amenities. At first my impression was that the decor was very upmarket and clean, and all the furniture was relatively new. The reception was lit up every night and there was a security guard on duty throughout the night, which gave me a sense of home and security. The common areas are clean and tidy and often have different decorations, especially during the festive season, making it feel very festive. There are also free interactive English classes every week to help with socialising and submitting English skills.The receptionist was very gentle and helpful with all my questions and the cleaners, security and maintenance staff I met here were all very polite and professional and any problems were resolved quickly and patiently.

Definately a great place for student living. Tesco, Morrison,pharmacy,a new opening Chinese supermarket,Second-hand shop are all within a few minutes walking distance.Also at most 10mins walk you can reach the city center and 3 mins train to the university. In addition，the facilities are well-equipped, extremely fast WiFi and convenience for parcel collection. Students live here are all very friendly and would always provide a helping hand if possible.The reception is very nice and help us asap,just like our sister.It’s really a wonderful experience to live here！

A great and very friendly property. Staff are always happy to help, very geared around study having a quite area for this as well as social spaces. And a smart concierge service allowing for easy pick of up of any deliveries. Rooms and bathroom space is very spacious and overall great accommodation.

After exploring several different student housing options, I'd say Toybox is the best. All the staffs are so kind, and especially Sandy and John, who are always willing to assist when required. The students who live here are all very friendly and would always provide a helping hand if needed. It's easy to get around, whether it's to school or the city centre. Tesco, Morrison's, and the pharmacy are all within easy walking distance. In addition, the window provides a pleasant and unobstructed view, which always brightens my mood when I begin a new day. Toybox is honestly the best student accommodation in Birmingham. You’d be lucky to find accommodation here so BOOK EARLY and win all those freebies. And the pictures don’t even do much justice to the beauty of Toybox’s rooms, lounge, study room, gym, play area, etc. You just need to see it for yourself. It’s always squeaky clean and facilities are properly checked and maintained at all times. John the facility manager, Sandy the client service lady and the entire team are the coolest people you could ever live with. Thanks also to the manager for all gifts...we love them! The last senior recommended toybox, I booked one decisively. First of all, the location is very convenient, five minutes' walk to the city center. Secondly, the apartment facilities are complete, there is a gym, coffee shop, laundry, printers and so on, the daily needs can be met. Finally, the most important thing is that the accommodation is quite good, each room is equipped with infrastructure, as well as a vacuum cleaner. Living in tb will also give gifts to households on New year's Day, and problems can be properly resolved on the same day. I am very satisfied with this!

It’s worthy to order this nice apartment. The stuff and reception are kind to help us with everything and react to our problems fast. There are also sufficient equipments in the room and public activity space such as gym and laundry room. Let's start with the quality of the apartment. It is just topnotch. The modern built is spacious and integrated pretty well. Each room has its own wifi router, which is super fast. It is very peaceful. I really like the gym on the ground floor, as I workout often. The security is spot on as no one can access building, elevators and other facilities without key card. The view from my room is beautiful. Tesco is just a minute away.Even during such critical circumstances (covid), they have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is safe. Overall, I am a 100 percent satisfied with the building and the apartment.

I have been really happy with the welcome I have received at the Toybox, having chosen the property as a safe and comfortable home for an intense year of study. The team are consistently friendly and always up for a chat! I love ToyBox, the location is perfect, I can either walk along the canal to university or take a train just one stop I will be at university. Life is so convenient here, a lot of nice restaurants, gyms, cinemas nearby and 15 minutes to China Town.

Personally I think Toybox is one of the few best student accommodations in Birmingham. Luxury hotel style with all facilities, nice communal rooms, brand new gym, and the location is good. The reception staffs are nice friendly and good at doing their jobs, they so often organise activities to enrich our life here. I quite enjoy staying at The Toybox.

Staff really helpful and polite. Maintenance fix things quickly. All good time. Lots of competition every month and lots of prices to be won.

Really good student accommodation. We enjoy all the time here. All the staff very helpful and treat you like my friend and place is clean. Gym is big with really good equipment. Internet is also very good.
Covid-19: We were given clear instructions on what to do and how to do and our queries were answered for Covid19 lockdown. We saw public areas were sanitised all the days and sanitiser mask available on reception.

Everything in this accommodation is prefect. The reception service is excellent. The staff in this accommodation are all friendly, it makes me feel at home.

I am very satisfied to live at this brand new luxury hotel style student accommodation. The location is good, 2 minutes to the train station and several supermarkets around here. The reception staffs are very nice and friendly to students, work efficiently as well. I strongly recommend this accommodation.
Covid-19: Yes, they provided face masks and hand sanitiser. Housekeeper cleans and disinfects communal area several time a day. They still provide excellent service during this challenge time and keep us updated about the information.

Very nice student accommodation in Birmingham. Location is good, less than 5 minutes there is 5 ways train station and 1 stop will arrive at UOB; Several supermarkets nearby; 10-15 minutes will reach city centre and China Town. Reception staffs are all very nice, efficient and supportive. Strongly recommend this accommodation.
