Amazing uni, Loved every single lesson I had there. However the downside of this université is it's administration...
Great uni in many aspects. The union is useless, both from my experience as a student hearing their political aspirations which reflection a tiny proportion of the student population, and my experience as a society president (for 2 years), in which they gave hardly any aid or at least useful advice, to the extent of outright ignoring certain important requests like room bookings (before it was made automated), mostly because we weren't a sports society.
One of the best universities in the world and UK and not without reason.

I love UCL. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, the facilities are good. They need to reduce their rent fees. Its right next to ULU.
It's fantastic for academics, but not great for pastoral..
UCL is not exactly reknowned for good student welfare...I think many people know that. UCL administration is pretty poor and there were changes to my course (compulsory as well as optional modules available) after the course had started. But at the end of the day it has a good rep and people will still go even if they hear about bad admin and student welfare...
