The most issues I have are based around WiFi, around peak times it drops and sometimes lessons may need to be cancelled because of this.
The facilities are excellent, the team is always supportive, and the location is convenient for both university and city life. It’s a clean, secure, and friendly environment — perfect for international students as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay in Swansea.
Bay is a nice and modern campus, great facilities but annoying when trying to get to the other campus at 9am
Campus is a great place with friendly people
There are lots of things tı improve.
The campus layout is good and mostly easy to follow. All facilities are at least reasonable

An amazing experience spending my hours in the campus !
The university offers a range of different services and societies that are accessible to students, for example Hwb where you can go for any inquiry or advice. They have many common rooms on bay, and a library. They have a study room you can access for free without booking on the college in bay campus and a subway and other food stores where you can grab food between lectures. Overall, it’s a very diverse and lively university with frequent transport to places all around Swansea.
Its a lovely university not too far from my accommodation, different locations to sit when not in lectures as well as lots of locations to study and do some work when free, also has many things going on through out the week that people would enjoy
