The campus is amazing, the amount of greenery creates a very peaceful space. The library is also an amazing place to spend your time.
Many clubs and societies to join; campus is also easily accessible with great facilities!
Lovely the campus and the accessibility to university
I like how it is a campus uni and is easy to get around. It is a pretty campus too
UoR is a great University, with access to lots of academic and non-academic resources (free and paid). It's also located on a beautiful campus, I love the lake (Whiteknights lake) and the green walk through the rewilding zones. It's refreshing and stimulating for study. Everybody's friendly and supportive too.
As an international student, I couldn't be happier. I have time to work but also enjoy uni life. What a dream. I always have something to do.

good range of societies at the university organised by the student union. careers want you to improve your cv a lot before much else.

University is very organized and helpful
Everything is fine and exceptional. I used to tell the newcomers and their guardians that this organization is a good choice. Only the accommodation was little pricy due to the meal plan (stayed in Wantage hall and their was no choice for the meal plans)

Campus is beautiful and green, lots of care to keep a low carbon footprint which is amazing

I spent all of my time in Campus and that was so amazing!
The campus facilities are well-maintained, and there are plenty of clubs and societies to get involved in. The SU is organized and active, always offering something to do. The Careers Service is helpful with advice on placements and jobs, and the Wi-Fi has been reliable for both studying and entertainment.
The facilities are clean, and there is lots of help around. The clubs and societies are interesting, there really is something for everyone!!
Generally decent. Not a many non-sport societies
The university is great at involving nature in the campus which really helps with my mental health and there is a wide range of societies which will suit everyone

Everything about the school is just great!
I love how “green” the campus is, when looking online or in brochures, photos can seem as though most universities have some selected green spaces but Reading Whiteknights campus is particularly green and has so much to look at and explore whether you are taking a study break or just on your way to a lecture- this is of course wonderful in spring and summer but even in autumn and winter the visibility of green areas such as the fields really helps with your mood even if the trees dont have leaves on- but the summertime is wonderful at Reading
It is an amazing experience to live and study at the University of Reading. Everything is exceptional.

Beautiful campus surrounded by nature
The campus is beautiful, with it being such a green and enviromentally conscious university. The level of student care at Reading is one of the main qualities that makes me so pleased to be studying here. As someone who is registered with the Disability Service, I have found all areas of the uni, both social and academic, to be really welcoming and highly supportive. Their career service is something that I also think stands out when comparing my experience with my friends who go to other universities. The level of though and care put into preparing us for the future is very evident.

I love the university so much. It has changed me and given me so much through the years. I cannot wait to continue this year and complete my studies but I will miss it. Everything is perfect in my opinion from the facilities to the people to the workers! I love it so much!

The campus is lovely with lots of student facilities. The wi-fi could be better but it is adequate for study.
campus is very helpful the staffs and professors have made me do well in academics inspite of have some discrepancies I faced to come out of it without their help I wouldn't have done this

The campus is huge and has got loads of green areas which is nice as it helps make it feel less like an institution with just buildings. There are loads of options available with regards to the sports, societies and clubs. This wide range gives everyone a chance to find something they will enjoy doing. There are always loads of things happening at the SU. The wifi can be a bit slow and may not work in all areas but otherwise it does the job.
The administration needs to be more organized. I think the faculty-administration collaboration needs to be stronger
Highlight of uni is union hands down, Events well organised and there's always something for everyone,

I joined the dance society and took several wonderful classes. Also, I really appreciate for the teachers from HBS careers who gave me a lot of help.
I have been supported with career and university questions and been offered a great balance of work and socialising.
Didn’t really use the careers service or go to student union but from what I’ve heard it’s quite good and fun.

I really like studying at reading. The open spaces and nature make it a wonderful place to wander about. I am quite involved with the Gaming and Roleplay society and my experience with that and helping in it's running gave me good insight into the support that is available. I am currently on placement as part of my degree and the careers support couldn't be more helpful.
Good student events and university life. Would definitely recommend the University of Reading for anybody looking for the right place for them.
Great campus with lots of activities going on, and lots of support out there
The campus is lovely and the buildings are well kept
The student union is a fun and sociable place with the on campus club, cafe, mojos and a variety of shops and places to sit and chat with friends. The university has been incredibly helpful dealing with any issues that came up with classes and living in halls. There is a variety of societies which offer sober and drinking nights, for sports, hobbies and academic groups.
Great university that offers a lot of support with settling in, making friends, career options, and many great sports and learning facilities.
There isn’t much variety in the campus societies compared to other universities but still a lot to choose from. Student Union is amazing ! Wifi across accomodation and library is great as well
The campus is very open and green with a lake in the middle, and there are many nice walks you can do within the campus. There are a range of sports and academic societies and lots of events at the student union. Internet connectivity is variable.
Clubs and societies have been a really great way of integrating into the university.

first year at uni of reading was absolutely amazing! i am part of the cheerleading society its great!
facilities on the campus are very Good.
Facilities on campus were all easily accessible, especially considering the majority of learning all takes place on one campus. Regular events are held every week by the student Union, ranging from information fairs to club nights, all great fun.

The sports grounds haven’t got much , and make you pay a fee on top of sports society fees for what they do have

my only comparison is my universities in Indonesia, and Reading clubs by far is top tier.

The university has many great facilities.
Campus was good, some things are further away, specfically the law building from Benyon but it was something i got used to. Library is really nice just wished they had meeting rooms we could properly rent out for an individual but they do have ones for groups. Drinks at campus cafes are reasonable and theres a coop on campus.

Everything about UoR is top notch, from the facilities to the Internet and IT personnel to the student union and career services, they are all the best.
Uni was fairly helpful when I needed to get a placement as part of my 2nd year. Clubs are fine, though a lot are sports based, and there's not that much variety when it comes to the ones where you sit around and talk about hobbies/interests.
Very nice campus, I like how a lot of the accommodations are close together.
Good, nice uni with lots of social spaces
I've loved all the services on campus and feel like theres always something on or to do to suit everyone. The freshers events give a great overview of the year ahead and I've found that myself and all my friends have been able to get involved with some sort of society or event on campus that they love.
The wifi would always take awhile to connect but the student union has a range of stuff going on all the time and there are often careers fairs which is good
Great facilities and great support available.
Campus is beautiful and filled with nature and greenery. Nice and enclosed and very safe. Nicely built. There could’ve been more events done by the SU that does not involve alcohol and Internet was very laggy and would go off at times but fine for the most part.
Pretty green campus with lots of wildlife. Only ugly building is behind Minghella Studios idk what that's about. Also really fun societies and fun nights out.
good services provided for my first year
University of reading has everything I need, the facilities are great, there’s always things to do, a lot of diverse societies, and academically, there’s plenty of resources and help. There’s always career advice and opportunities, and all in all you couldn’t ask for much more. My one criticism is student union which is usually flat and not exciting.
