I am writing this review from my own experience (as an international student) The Vantage is the best place to stay and I say this from the bottom of my heart. The staff, from the guys at the reception and management (truly the kindest) to the cleaning ladies and mechanic (who is always there to help you with any issue in your room) have been truly helpful and warm during my time there. The rooms are spacious and modern and they have everything you need in them (you easily feel like home). They also have weekly social events (Waffle Wednesday being my favourite) which allows you to meet all students living in the accommodation. I promise you will regret not choosing this great place as I know friends who have stayed at other accommodations in Nottingham (a lot worse from what I have heard). I want to thank everyone at The Vantage for making me feel home and safe 🤗🤗👑👑❤️❤️❤️.

The Vantage Biography
The Vantage is a brand-new student accommodation that offers residents high-quality rooms and amenities, within an ideal location. Students can enjoy the many bars, shops and eateries and various entertainment attractions found in the city centre, which is only a few minutes' walk away. There are numerous universities and colleges within easy reach, including Nottingham Trent University, which is a twenty-minute walk away and the University of Nottingham, which is less than a thirty-minute bus ride away.
The building boasts fantastic social spaces, such as a sky lounge, games room, private dining room, cinema room, garden, common room, outdoor area and even mini-golf. If you are looking to work up a sweat, you can make use of the gym and fitness suite. When needing to focus on your studies, you can take advantage of the study areas, private study rooms and WiFi. You can also benefit from having a laundry room, bike storage, vending machine and on-site maintenance. As a security measure, there is CCTV, a fob entry system, contents insurance and 24-hour security and staff.
When it comes time to choose your room, you have the choice of staying in an ensuite room or a studio. These rooms have contemporary finishings and vary in price and size so you can be sure to find the perfect home away from home. If you prefer your independence, the self-contained studio room will be the ideal choice. Alternatively, if you are after a more social experience, you can opt to stay in an ensuite room with a shared kitchen and living space.

The Vantage doesn't offer a shuffle bus service; however, we are perfectly located for tram, train or bus travel to get to campuses. Depending on which campus you study at, there are different options to get there. Here are some links to assist:

Hi there, we have a wide rang of flat sizes starting as small as 6 sharing and being as large as 10.
Our kitchens are some of the largest in any student accommodation though with 2 large samsung fridge freezers 2 ovens and 2 4 ring hobs. Floor plans are also downloadable from our website "futuregeneration.com"
When you select "book now" on the website you will be taken to a page in which you can see the gener and year of study of thoses who have already booked or you can make a note in your application requesting to be near your friends.

I’ve stayed at The Vantage for 2023/2024 and I can say that this is the best accommodation I’ve stayed in whilst being a student. Being an international student I wanted an accommodation that close to transport links, near to my campus at the University of Nottingham. The team at The Vantage are so friendly and helpful and always try to assist me whatever the problem. Great events and facilities. Certainly recommend to new students.

I enjoyed my stay at The Vantage. Ollie was very helpful throughout my time there. Issues get resolved pretty promptly. Although I've never attended any, but there are always social events which I thought was really nice for individuals to meet and get together. Also appreciate the kitchen space that we get in the flat. It is easy to get to places and it is quiet, which is nice to be away from the city centre but not too far away from it either. A lot of places are walking distance from the accommodation.

The Vantage is a good place near the city and also next to the train station and but stops for a quick and easy travel around the country or the city, plus a tram stop, The rooms are quite good with shared rooms like the lounge and the kitchen for a good hangout The price is good for what you get even if you have a high budget or low budget I love the place with the nice staff I don’t know who wasn’t

I love all the facilities this accommodation offer us. Also a lot of us have bonded with the receptionists called Aasa as she has supported us and been there for us in every inconvenience we have faced during our stay. My stay at the vantage wouldn’t have been the same without her.

Love the events the Vantage hold weekly. Always clean and tidy. The staff are a great help with parcels and any maintenance issues, always so friendly :) Shoutout to Aasa at the desk on the evening with great music taste on the AUX. She always comes with the vibe. Ollie always put a smile on your face. Simon will make you the best waffles on Waffle Wednesday. Joe will get your queries answered within seconds. And Paul will fix your leaky tap with a rapid turnaround. Couldn’t recommend this place more, amazing place to live while studying 😁

Its a very good Accomodation with all the amenities to enjoy and aslo a cooperative management team to solve all the issues. Only the thing missing in the Ensuite-room is the wardrobe which should have been there.

A fine place to live, they do events to help you meet people which are fun but they don't full advantage of the social spaces for them often happening in reception. The social spaces however are very good, the sky lounge is large, comfortable and has plenty to do. In the shared flats they do not give enough fridge or freezer space we had to share 6 freezer trays between 9 people which was less than ideal. Cleaners do an adequate job cleaning the floors and surfaces however the sinks are not cleaned by them. Receptionists are mostly polite and easy to talk to. I have not spoken to other staff members so I can not speak on them. However a flatmate has been waiting a while for her air conditioner to be fixed so services can take a while unfortunately if you have an issue. Overall its decent, if you can book early when it's cheaper then I would recommend it. I have enjoyed my time here thus far.

We are sorry there isn't as much space as you would like in your flat kitchen, we will have to look into possibly adding an extra in large flats. Thanks for the shoutout to our cleaners, which come round often to mainatain cleanliness in flats however, that is ultimatley the responsibility of the residents. We aim for all maintenance issues to be fixed within 24hrs so we apologise for you friends long wait. We definitley recommend booking early to avoid disappointment! Thanks again, the Vantage Team

Ever since I moved into the Vantage, it has been a safe welcoming place for me. Especially the receptionist, big shout out to aasa, ollie and Simon they have made me really enjoy the vantage by setting up events such as bolwing and waffle wednesday. I really recommend staying here, it worth the price.

I would say the only problem I have would have been the amount of fire alarms, the cleaning facilities as I have become ill on a few time dies to other fleet mates cleaning and hot water problems occurring in the dead of winter
Great place to stay, but there’s a construction going on it could be very dusty. The sound proof is very good and it is a very luxury accomodation

It’s a good place to stay in you get everything in one place the sky lounge (that is our gaming room) the home theatre the study space and washing space and also the rooms are very well maintained
The vantage is ridiculously over priced for what it is. For the majority of December the property had no hot water. This is a reoccurring problem.
Lovely accommodation. Great staff who make you feel comfortable and deal with all problems quickly and effectively, especially Clinton and Sebbo. Love the events and breakfast mornings.

They’re always so kind and helpful throughout each day I’ve stayed at vantage. They throw regular game nights and quiz nights and other events where we eat food and drinks and win prizes like black panther tickets and they provided to black adams tickets recently too to whoever wanted to go with vantage. This is the only review of The Vantage you'd ever need. I am a student residing here and this is my honest review. Pros: 1. The Vantage is situated in a prime location. Very close to the city centre, shopping malls nearby, Starbucks, there's a tram stop nearby that easily gets you to UoN and NTU and really anywhere in Nottingham. 2. The management is good! Subu, Clinton, Tash and Emily are super kind and amazing. They're the team managing the property during my stay. I hope you meet them during yours. PS: Make friends with Clinton, he has all the freebies and food! 3. I especially recommend this place to international students, I am one myself and the diversity here is really good. They also have very flexible payment plans which has been super helpful for me. Cons: You live with students, young adults essentially so expect a lot of noise even at night. I hope this was helpful. the windows treatment does nothing to protect privacy from street view so you are forced to keep the blinds down all the time. and the control of the cooling/heating system is central so its never warm or cool enough when you need it it also shuts down every few min so it's bad when you are sleeping of studying and have to get up every 20 min to reopen it
I am glad I chose The vantage as my accommodation. Though it's a little away from my University it's very close to the city center. Specialty about the accommodation is the wide range of amenities they offer. The sky lounge is exceptional - the sky lounge has games, a TV room and a private dining room. They have study rooms and a lot of common space for you to relax. We can book any of these spaces from the app and host events or do a meeting in the study rooms. Apart from this they organize a lot of events and parties. Breakfast mornings are my fav!

Awesome property in every way. The rooms are really good, spacious and well furnished. The common areas are absoluetly great including many fun activities mini golf being my favourite. Well maintained and cleaned regularly. The team on the property is super helpful and friendly. On the first look it looks a bit on the expensive side but trust me once you actually stay here and use the facilities you will realise its absolutely worth it. Also I am an international student so it was a bit of a task getting used to the place but my fellow students here and the team helped a lot in that and actually makes it feel like a home away from home. There is a huge sainsbury very close to the place so home essential items and groceries are easy to get with having easy access to tram too.

The Vantage is a great student accommodation. The rooms are good and the crowd is friendly. The management is extremely helpful and polite. A special shout out to Subu, Emily and Tash. They have made sure that all my issues were resolved within no time. Definitely glad that I chose vantage to start my new journey!

The Vantage is the best student accommodation one could ever ask for. The rooms are good and there is an LCD Tv in the every room. The 8th floor has a nice view of the city. It also has a cinema room. Which is a nice place to chill with friends. The vantage occasionally gives out free breakfast, snacks and drinks. There are study spaces available to use whenever one gets bored of studying in their room. The staff of vantage are very polite and helpful, they are committed to help students to make them have the best stay ever. Special call out to Subbu, Clint and Tash. They have helped me in every way they can and all of them are the best people to reach out to if you ever face any kind of issue. PSL - Vantage is close to the bus stop, the tram stop and the train station( ideal if you want to take short trips to explore other cities). A student will not regret living here. They will make wonderful memories and will have experienced great stay. It's definitely worth the money :)

Brilliant accommodation and lovely staff. The rooms are pretty good and have a breath taking view of the city. Brilliant social places and overall a wonderful place to start your student journey at nottingham.

Avoid at all cost!!! Very nice staff, and thats the best part about it. So many promises given to students about money back due to 6 months of living in a building site, which they failed to fulfil. Countless issues as a result of the rushed construction to accommodate as many students they could. No water supply (kitchens, sinks, toilets, showers) for continual days with no urgent effort or attempt to help students get around the issue, constantly woken up by drilling and maintenance, 5 months after “opening” and still to this date. Sly owners who try to wriggle out of difficult questions when faced with something they don’t want to hear, and will simply ignore you if they believe they’d be able to get out of it. We were promised £25 per week, until all facilities were finished… this took supposedly 12 weeks, despite work still ongoing, so as we were promised, each student should have received £300 each. When it came to paying us, they tried to wriggle out and only give students £60
This place is amazing and modern. It’s in the heart of the city centre so it’s walking distance from NTU campus or you can go on the team. It has a variety of rooms with some of the biggest rooms I’ve seen in student accommodation and some rooms have an incredible view of the city

Ideal location for those looking to travel home every once in a while for it’s around the corner from the station meaning it also links well to the city. Very helpful and accommodating staff attending to issues that transcend the accommodation itself. Furthermore the facilities are highly competitive with what other accommodations may have to offer making this a social hotspot!

Accommodation not ready when everyone arrived and work took months to be completed. Shambles. I highly suggest you don't book this, poor management and impossible to get in touch with anyone. Living conditions have been poor with limited hot water, wifi constantly cuts out and and wires hanging from the roof. Didn't even have a toaster or kettle when we moved in as promised, nor was there even a microwave plate.
