About The Waterways
The Waterways is brand-new and perfectly situated within easy reach of both Nottingham Trent University and the University of Nottingham. When wanting to get out and about, The Waterways is just a ten-minute walk to NTU and less than ten minutes into the city centre where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to enjoy.
If residents are looking to meet their neighbours, they can attend one of the residents’ events or hang out in the cinema room, communal bar, games room, and social space. For added convenience, there is a fitness suite, meeting room, and study area to make use of. Residents can take advantage of the handy Wi-Fi, all-inclusive bills, laundry facilities and cycle storage.
