Management (higher up) does not care about mental health - didn't allow guests despite government restrictions lifting, even in situations of severe ill health in need of companionship. Security at times crossed professional boundaries, and residents have felt unsafe from their harassment. Complaints are dealt with very poorly - no fines for people violating government Covid-19 restrictions time and time again. Not really a social environment, and flat pairings are very hit and miss. Transport-wise, very far from the tube and quite far from the overground, most accessible by bus which isn't discounted with Oyster. Overall, quite overpriced as is London in general, the redeeming quality is cleaners who are very nice and patient despite how messy it can get.
