It is a good experience staying here, as it is close to the university and all the groceries store is close by so it’s very convint to stay here. And the staff is helpful.
Thanks for review, we really appreciate it. Team at BC
I wish I had read reviews beforehand. The building is not well looked after. The lifts are next to the room with the building's big trash bins and they REEK. I genuinely thought it would impossible for them to smell as bad as they did. Nobody ever cleans them. There are carpet stains all over the floor. The kitchens have old, barely working equipment, and mine had no hot water. The freezer didn't seal right and had a piece of masking tap to keep it closed. As a result, there was always a puddle of water under it. The overground goes by multiple times a minute at some points in the day and continues, albeit with less frequency, into the early morning. I've heard trains going by as late as 3:30 AM. Because of that, it's impossible to open your window if you face the tracks. If it's hot outside, prepare to boil. Laundry is also ridiculously expensive here. You have to download an app to use the machines, and it cost me £11 to use two washers a
The manager Mariya is nice! And roommates are good!
I’m living in an en-suit room and the accommodation is better than mine previous place :>

Thank you for leaving your review. I'm glad to hear that you enjoying staying with us and feel safe ,this is very important for us.
Absolutely do not book here if you value your sanity. We were told that the building work would be finished in July 2022, it is STILL ongoing. Wakes me up most mornings with drilling and banging outside my window. Our extractor fan hasn’t worked since we moved in and our fire door doesn’t fully close. One of the windows in the kitchen was smashed by the workmen and hasn’t been replaced so is just a piece of wood. Insane that I pay £225 a week for this mess.
If I could give zero stars I would. I’m only 2 months into my stay here and it’s godawful. Overpriced rent, maintenance either doesn’t come or what they fixed breaks again quickly, they decided to hold building works IN THE MIDDLE OF TERM so construction noise is annoying and distracting, wifi isn’t secured by a password so you can easily disconnect while in the building, furniture is uncomfortable etc.
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. When I first moved in, the kitchen was absolutely filthy, the fridge was disgusting. The common area outside has had the same rubbish building work and painting going on for months. The bin area is absolutely vile and stinks. My shelves in my room are broken, someone came to ‘fix’ it but they’re still the same. My bathroom sink was stained yellow before I even used it. The WiFi is very slow. If you can find somewhere else to live, I would. I’m not coming back here again. AND I was promised cash back or an Amazon voucher if I booked here, which I have asked UniteStudents for many times, to which nothing has been done. Extremely poor.
Worst place to stay. lifts and common areas are dirty, area close to the garbage collection place is very smelly. Reception clamied to be 24/7 but is often closed. Noise problem caused by people screaming, shouting, playing loud music in the courtyard is extermely annoying while the staff replied 'they are allowed to be noisy until 11pm', which is rediculous and obviously the staff are not even trying to communicate with noisy residents. Believe that rebooking rate of this place should not be higher than 10%.
I just moved in, my shower head is broken and keeps falling off when i turn the tap on, the wifi is so slow sometimes i struggle to load a google search page, the ethernet plug in the wall is broken (so cannot access internet properly at all), the oven is also broken. im shocked at how bad things already are during my first week of stay.
If i could put 0 stars for everything I would have done it. worst place I have ever been to, dirty disgusting and people from desk not willing to help. Impossible to sleep, study, anything because of the overground that makes the walls shake all night all day. The water taste is awful, the fridge makes so much noise and the bathroom is glaucous as much as the neighborhood. Never book those places that are expensive rather go with flat sharing.
It was a terrible dormitory that I ever never live before!!!! There has a lot of problems especially, hot water, and officers won't reponse any your requested. If you looking for a place to live should read though the review.... Good luck guysss
