I have stayed in Provincial House for 4 years and it’s been great. My decision to stay this long already proves how lovely an accommodation Provincial House is. It’s very quiet, clean and convenient to stores and universities. The people who work here are kind and helpful, especially Faye, Jerold and Oscar. I want to thank all the wonderful people who work here. I will definitely miss Provincial House when I move away next month.

I am living this apartment for three years, it’s quite amazing that the staff in this apartment is really nice, especially Oscar, he always with smiles to us, warm hearted and full of responsibility. I’m quit enjoy my time here. And I also recommend this apartment to my friends this year.

I was invited by my friend to stay here and ph is way much better than I expected. The nice equipment, the good price and I’ve rebooked. Thanks Oscar and other staffs for helping my stay. They are really nice and friendly. If someone wants to focus on their study and sometimes have some relax with friends in Sheffield, you just can’t miss it.

Overall experience is good. The common areas are cozy and some are warm during the cold seasons. Though need to be aided on using the telecom.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is big and have many storage spaces to put my stuff. But the air conditioner is quite weak

Heaters don't work all the time, instead you have to manually restart them every 45 minutes or so. Room gets quite cold during winter months, but it perfectly chill and nice during summer. Shower cabins are very small and not terribly comfortable. Overall good experience for the money.

It's convenient here. It's close to everything. The overall environment is quiet and there is no noise. I'm not a social person so this is a good place for me.

The only thing that can be improved is to have a 7/24 reception , but that’s definitely not a big thing
