I've lived here for a year and it's been great, the staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions. The flat is very quiet, the surrounding facilities are very good, want to go shopping and other things are very convenient to the school is also very close. The flat organises activities for festivals, such as pumpkin carving for Halloween, which is very fun.

The front door malfunction quite a lot and the WiFi is not so good as it should. And the elevator sometimes broken quite a few time during my stay

Great stay experience! The location is perfect and the staff is friendly. The apartment is generally in good condition except for occasional damage to infrastructure such as elevators.

Surely have a good time here!! My studio is super comfy and always so quiet, perfect for residence. Dan welcomes me with a smile every time, and he's super super helpful with everything I turned to him. Jarrod is also nice and always ready to help, swiftly fixing things to keep the studio in top shape. Portobello is just my home in Sheffield! ! Can’t love it and the people more!

It is an excellent experience to live in Portobello house. Great location for classes and everyday life. The staff are responsible, friendly and patient. However, I am a little bit upset about there is no cinema here. （Not a big deal.:)

Very good apartment, everyone has enough space for activities, the apartment team service is very good, and the maintenance is also very timely. The apartment will provide many free social activities for residents.

The location is close to the school and market. The apartment always warm and comfortable. All the staffs are really nice!!

Great place to live however social events are quite sparse and collecting parcels can be a hassle if no one is at reception

I think this apartment is very good, and the staff are very responsible and friendly. I am very happy to live here, but the only dissatisfaction is that the scenery outside the window is not very open.

Portobello House welcomes you with unique friendly staff who are always there to support any queries you may have throughout your stay and who simply brighten up your day! Clean rooms, helpful staff everywhere, and great facilities especially the common area, gym and cinema room which are all great places to hang out with friends. The location of Portobello House is excellent for students attending Sheffield Uni or Sheffield Hallam Uni! It's also just round the corner from a number of supermarkets, buses and trams.
