Property Management Great, generally a very good experience, Helena and Brett are always very helpful. Some minor problems with WiFi being unreliable and fire alarm seems oversensitive but not that’s not Brett and Helena’s fault though.

Facilities are very good, great social spaces and internet. Building management are excellent and very helpful.
This building is fantastic with the price and space of room. There is a wall between kitchen and bedroom, the shower is big as well. The staff is very friendly, nice. Recommend to everyone
Best view, nice location, everything is great!
Although there have been issues with hot water during the start of my stay, the staff were always on the job resolving it and reaching out to keep tenants updated which was greatly appreciated. Top staff mention for Charna being the buildings rock getting us through any issues and resolutions. Also holding events for tenants to socialise has been a great joy. Always a joy to see and have a natter with!
The management is amazing and friendly Charna and Brett are really friendly
Good value for money and great location, not too close to any parks but close to everything else with good transport links. Not very social but offers privacy and space with good sound insulation between apartments. Building is only run by two full time staff who can be busy but maintenance issues are usually promptly seen. Good quiet place to live.
Initially chose to stay here because of the overall aesthetic of the rooms and the close proximity to shops and train station etc, but would now stay here forever if I could due to the amazing onsite staff. As per any accommodation there have been issues with the building but the way the on site staff (Charna in particular) have dealt with them has been truly admirable! I’ve really enjoyed living here this year and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Sheffield.
Lovely studio rooms with great facilities and plenty of space. The staff are all attentive and Charna helps to make the place feel like home.
Are you looking for a place to ✨live laugh love✨? Fret not. This abode is gen z and gen alpha friendly. The efficient airconditioning system provided warmth of home, away from home. What is the true definition of living? A platinum studio of course overlooking the quaint city of Sheffield. Perfect for your tiktok and beReal shot! What is the true definition of home? See answer above. What about plant babies? Allow them to bask and recline in the sun of god’s own county. You will discover yourself here. The meaning of lyfe. The meaning of home. The meaning of zen. The management passed the vibe check. As for now, we wish hasta la vista. #LiveLaughLove #FindYourself #NewCheeseMarkets
The best accommodation experience, affordable prices and excellent service. All the staff were friendly and helpful and responded to messages promptly. The best communal space with a gym and cinema. Great location, convenient even for studying at Sheffield University, highly recommended!
My experience at Redver Towers has been, so far, brilliant. Close to main bus stations as well as shopping centre, restaurants and pubs. Uni is literally two minutes away, which is great for those of us who love to sleep! The hospitality team has been impeccable during my stay and whenever I needed help, they were quick to provide it. Could not recommend it more!
Convenience, close to schools, markets, station
Overall great experience and I think I would like to book again.
I am glad to have chosen redvers tower because all the shops are within reach as well the receptionist are top notch, and I feel at home am glad I rebooked for next year
It is a nice modern place to live and I like how the studio apartments are not just one room but split by walls which gives it more of a homely feel
I’ve had a great time living at redvers so far. The location is great, with shopping, bars and restaurants all close by, but most importantly my university is a literal stones throw away, meaning I don’t have to travel too far or wake up too early in the morning! The hospitality team (Marija and Megan) are both great, and work hard to make everyone feel welcome in the building, as well as putting on events and competitions - they’re always there for a chat if you need one, and happy to help with anything you need (within reason of course). I’m glad to say I’ll be rebooking for next year ☺️
It's been a really good experience living here. The rooms are great value for money and have an unusual amount of storage space. Everything is always very clean and the management team are quick to respond if there are any issues. The location is very central. The management team regularly organises events, which is a great way to meet people living in the building and creates a very friendly atmosphere.
A really lovely building with super friendly staff! The rooms are super nice and spacious with plenty of storage space and the communal areas and gym are really good. I really liked staying here!
Redvers is always clean and inviting. The girls working on reception are lovely, and always helpful!
Accommodation is very comfortable and affordable, the staff are also amazing and always help you with anything. Never had a problem!
It has been a fantastic experience to stay in such a lovely place, which is situated right at the city center. It is incredibly convenient for shopping, dining as well as leisure activities. There is even an in-suit gym for exercise! Redvers Tower is being well-looked after by Marija and Megan; they are extremely friendly and helpful. Furthermore, they arrange a whole range of social activities, including quizzes and Eurovision party! Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice place to live in Sheffield!
I've been staying Redvers for almost two years and the rooms are big and clean and there's a fantastic view to see! The staff here are very kind and friendly and the response regarding repairs is fabulous! Recommend staying here!
i've been living at redvers since january 2020 . The building wasnt great before, as we had no hot water in the beginning, the wifi was constantly off,no heating and lifts breaking daily... but since new management took over they done lots of works and we are loving it now! The new team is great and maintenance man is lovely. I had a broken lightbulb and it got changed the same day! The location is amazing, only 2mins from Hallam university and all the main clubs and nicest cafes are on the doorstep. I love the gym on site and cant wait until the cinema room re-opens again!! Would highly recommend to anyone! :)
This is a lovely place to live, close to Hallam uni and close to all shops in the city centre, as well as near West Street for a night out. There's multiple supermarkets near which are all in walking distance. All the staff are really nice and welcoming and helpful when needed. I would definitely recommend living here!
have loved our time at redvers so far. marija & megan are so lovely and always more than happy to help if you ever have any problems / questions! lovely modern apartments, would definitely recommend :)
Loved living here so far, has been amazing since being owned by Mansion. Megan & Marija on reception are amazing and always so helpful! Aside from an issue with the sink (which was fixed immediately), we have had no other issues living here. Very happy and would reccomend to others X
I love this accommodation sooooooooo much. the reception is very nice and friendly. and everything is perfect. It makes me feel like at home.
Worst Internet. Always dirty in common areas like down stairs and hall ways. Carpets are filthy. Floors are sticky. The building is falling apart. Been under 3 different management teams in two years its that bad. Black mould, windows let water and wind in, air con/heating doesn't work. It's awful. Expensive too (210 per week)
If you want to live in a building that is not fit for purpose or living in, and is falling apart... Well this is the place for you. Complete with the worst WiFi ever, and leaking windows thst cause apartments to flood. Staff who don't care at all, broken promises, and 10k a year down the drain. Definitely avoid.
