It is a very friendly accommodation. This accommodation has a very good location, which makes it very convenient to go to the university, go shopping in the city center, and eat out on West Street. The staff are very nice; they organise a lot of fun social activities and help me in my daily life. This helped me to adapt easily when I first arrived in the UK. The flat is also well equipped, with the fitness facility and activity room being common areas I frequented in my free time.
In short, this accommodation was more than I could ask for. I was looking for an affordable experience to meet new people and live with them and it delivered above and beyond! The building is perfectly situated for easy access to the city centre and it is very nice to live in. The receptionists are excellently friendly people and they will help out for even the smallest issues. I cannot recommend this place enough~
Recommended! I booked and planned to stay here for a year then find other accommodations but I have changed my mind after moved in. The apartment is great location with walkable distance to city center and Uni. The nearest supermarket is Co-op with approx 5 mins walk, Chinese supermarket is 2 blocks away, many restaurants in range of 5-15 mins walk. I live in ensuite with share kitchen for 6 people (free cleaning service every week). The room is quite small and less storage area but enough for living. Receptions are superb! They are friendly and helpful. They also arrange several activities and events throughout the year. The technical problems were quickly solved (almost immediately after reporting, if in working hours). I would recommend to add this apartment in your decision lists.
Absolutely loved my stay here! The place is super cosy and welcoming, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Everything feels fresh and newly done up. I went for an en-suite room, so I had my own bathroom but shared a kitchen with others. No worries about the mess though since they clean the kitchen weekly. All in all, I had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed my time here.
Great accommodation in between Sheffield hallam and university of sheffield. Also there is a cleaner clean the kitchen one a week in this price.
It feels good to live here, the staff is very welcoming. Water, electricity and WiFi are fully supplied. The apartment holds activities on different festivals, which is very lively and warm.
The manager will hold many activities according to the festival, and there are many opportunities to meet people in the apartment. It is a 10-minute walk to the Diamond, which is very convenient for classes. It's not far from several nearby supermarkets. Once a week cleaning is very good, laundry, gym and other functional rooms are complete
The location of the apartment is very convenient, very close to West Street, Hang Sing Hong and Coop. The reception is also very friendly to us. They often hold activities to promote communication between apartment residents and management staff. The cleaners are very responsible and the public areas are very clean. The facilities in the house are complete and the Wi-Fi is relatively smooth, which ensures that I can study effectively in the room.
I have been living here from2023!! It was the right decision to move here. Just a few minutes from the tram station and less than 10 minutes from the city centre on foot!! The activities and all the celebrations from the staff are incredibly enjoyable and fun. Many problems were solved quickly. I would recommend you guys who plan to study in Sheffield to put this in your choice of decisions.
A friend recommended me to come to this dormitory. It can be said that living here gave me the best experience as a graduate student. As soon as I arrived here, I received great help from the staff, which helped me settle down here smoothly. As an international student, it feels great to be able to communicate with staff in my native language. At the same time, the front desk also provides printing and receiving express delivery services, which gave me a better experience. In addition, the location of the dormitory is also very good. It takes five minutes to walk to Diamond and three minutes to the nearest supermarket to buy groceries. It is also very close to the city center. It usually doesn’t take me too much time to go shopping. I stayed in the studio and the room size and facilities were very satisfactory. If I continue to study in Sheffield, I will still choose to live here.

The location is good，there are two small shops near it.I live in ensuite，public areas are cleaned every week.The service is also good.If there is problem，reception will give you support.The network connection is rare，but could arise.
I think the environment of Bailey street is enough to live well. I hope the new building beside Bailey street can finish quickly because the lighting in very light.staff are good.
Everything is great just lacking of sunlight in the room.
