Very good residence. Ideal for first years, close to city campus and the town centre.
Must avoid at all costs
Landlord is a nightmare, had mice all year and she did nothing, the university also didn’t help. Good location if you want a quiet halls and the WiFi is good. Slightly strange crowd of people who live there but if you’re not wanting to make friends that’s fine. Cleaners come once a month, not fortnightly as advertised. Okay if you want to keep yourself to yourself but I wouldn’t recommend it, everyone who’s lived there couldn’t wait to leave. Shame because the landlord seemed okay but his wife who has now taken over is awful
