had a few issues at the start under previous management in terms of cleanliness and maintenance issues, however since the management has swapped over it has improved tenfold
The property has been taken over and they have improved the roads, the general cleanliness of the property and the maintenance team. If you have any problems they are sorted quick and efficiently. The management team are helpful with any issues and clearly want to improve the site.
Comfortable and a great location, perfect for young professionals.
The houses are nice and the new owners seem to be on top of everything, it would be better if houses were provided with toasters and kettles but it’s definitely worth the price it is.
Currently taken over by a new management company, so much better since they took over. Easy to schedule maintenance and they respond fast and fix issues straight away.
