What are the top reasons for choosing Winfield Court?

We spoke to Fresh to find out more:

1. Winfield Court is ideally situated in Nottingham’s newest area and is only a 20-minute walk from Nottingham Trent University and a 25-minute tram ride from the University of Nottingham. 
2. The train station and city centre are both within walking distance, meaning residents have everything they could need and want on their doorstep.
3. The accommodation offers exciting communal spaces, such as a multimedia room, cinema room, podcasting suite, private dining facilities, games area, courtyard, lounge and communal kitchen.
4. There are residents’ events hosted throughout the year, which is a great way to meet your neighbours.
5. For your added benefit there are handy facilities and amenities to make use of, including cycle storage, a vending machine, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi and study spaces.
6. To ensure a hassle-free stay, there is an on-site residents’ team, all-inclusive bills, contents insurance and CCTV.
