I lived in iQ Newtown for an academic year and it was, for lack of better words, amazing. The studios are spacious, well isolated and have an amazing view of the city. The basic services such as water, electricity, heating and wifi work perfectly! The staff is friendly and kind too! Upon visiting other student residencies around the same location, I kept wondering how I got so lucky to be living at iQ because they provide excellent conditions and not just some separated room, as many other properties seem to believe students should live. It is pricey, but in my opinion, completely worthy. Would definitely recommend 10/10
