I've lived at Claremont Place for two years now, and would say that the staff have been the friendliest and most helpful accommodation staff I've come across so far. The accommodation is very close to university, which is quite convenient.

Claremont Place Biography
Claremont Place is located on the University of Newcastle campus and is a short walk from Northumbria University. The city centre is a stone’s throw away and is jam-packed with pubs, restaurants, shops and transport links.

The most important of the management is the reception always no person. But Des is very nice, protect our night.

Nicely located near the university and city centre. Wonderful building very pretty and very pretty throughout the house. Would be better to have a separate study and social space. Or improve the study space (the chairs and tables). Small community and very easy to get to know the friendly staff! The night time staff are wonderful always very friendly and supportive, especially because they haven’t had the easiest experience with our maintenance issues. But definitely the best place to live and feels very homely. I would say make a timetable of the times and when people are working each shift and include a box for parcels outside the house when the delivery people arrive and there is nobody working/out somewhere in the house.

Comfortable accommodation and located very close to campus. Good management team, easy to collect parcel and fast reaction to maintainable request. Safe places to stay in Newcastle and would definitely recommend others.

The living experience is very good, the environment is also very good, and it is also close to the school. It's just a little far from the supermarket and the network is not very good.
