Categorically the worst place I have stayed in Manchester, as a 3rd year, my expectations with respect to landlords were pretty okay, but after this experience I will never trust another landlord, the initial squalid living conditions when we moved in, coupled with the lack of professional conduct and general safety of the flat with no room keys, and consistently broken gates, if you’re thinking of staying here, do yourselves a favour and don’t.
