I won’t recommend you to live here. Something in a room or a kitchen had been broken before I moved but landlord asked us to pay for the replacements. Flat mates are nice and good social experience but everyone feels this accommodation is not worth paying. I wouldn’t live here anymore even if it were free.
Very falsely advertised. So many maintenance issues (broken fridges, broken lights, no heating) & slow responses when reported, could probably be fixed faster by prince philip than the maintenance team here. Wouldnt bother going here unless you like freezing in your room with no heating in the middle of winter, you may aswell sleep outside. Just be wary of the rats the size of small dogs. Rooms are ok and ensuite is decent apart from the mould that grows back no matter how many times you bleach it. Wouldnt call it ‘deluxe’ as described by the company.
Would give 0 stars if I could Living here during the pandemic and they refuse to refund any money when all accommodations around are Money grabbers Every room has something wrong with it ranging from broken doors/ broken lights/ windows/ heat not working/ no hot water list could go on Value for money is extremely poor and would not recommend for ANYONE
Worst place, do not go here. Accomodation was dirty when I got there. The window in the kitchen is mouldy, the couches are so worn out like they’ve been there for 1000 years. Cleaning... where? There is no cleaning. The washing machine was mouldy. Lights were not working. Too many things to list. Oh and also rat infestations... not even on the bottom floor but on high floors. Save yourself and do not book here. Oh and they are handling COVID horribly.
