Would not recommend. The staff communicate via threatening emails written in capital letters, and many of them cannot speak English. They also make ludicrous fines and financial penalties of £20 at a time for minor issues that were not even the fault of residents in the first place. The rooms also are not cleaned between residents. I have still not received my security deposit back, having moved out for well over a month now. It is the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. Overpriced, bad location, and hugely unprofessional. Avoid.
Avoid at all costs! Very unprofessional staff and helpless and rude manager who seems not to be able to even manage his own staff. The place is simply just ran by bad, unprofessional, lazy and mostly non-English speaking people. They don’t even check who they employ, a girl in my Flat got robbed by Bloomfield Court’s employee who just enetered her Flat. They didn’t verify his name or address so police investigation failed. Terrible experience!
Bloomfeild court in London is terrible. The staff are rude and completely unorganised. I spent nearly 2 hours trying to check in to my room and the staff could not find any of my details even though I had been in contact with them for over 3 weeks via email. Even after re-sending emails to their computer around 12 times the manager came out of his office extremely intimidating pointing his finger and saying sexual remarks. The staff find it hard to communicate due to the English barrier and the whole thing is just a shambles. I believe they over booked the accommodation as they were extremely quick to "kick me out" and my boyfriend of the accommodation after no valid reason other than they didn't have my right details or they couldn't find it with 7 other witnesses around to see the situation completely in shock and unsure what to do. The manager came out of his office and threw £290 cash back at us which was our deposit and admin fees.
Bloomfield Court's employee entered my room, stole all my jewellery and fled. They did not support me or the police investigation at all. Moreover, it turned out the CCTV was not working and they did not verify that employee's identity and address. The staff is rude and mostly does not speak English, there were problems with random people entering our flat even before the robbery. They ignored our complaints. It is cheap for the location and what it provides but the management and stuff is a nightmare.
Bloomfield Court is a great value for money. The rooms are just great - they are large and spacious and all of them are en-suite with a private bathroom. There is a maintenance team on-site so if there is something wrong, i.e. your light does not work, they fix it within a day. The location of the accommodation is very convenient because you have all the main shops on the road, from Waitrose to Morissons. Besides, the Bloomfield Court team is very friendly and it is a nice environment to live in and I was very happy to stay there for another year.
