The area is lovely, located just a few minutes walk away from the tube/bus stop and high street. It's a quiet area where the loudest sounds are the trains going by or a car backing up. The building cat TJ is very nice :)
Despite this, I did NOT have a good experience here. There is no prior notification of maintenance, so you are often woken up to them knocking on your door. At the beginning of October, our flat lost its hot water; management sent four people to come look at it, all resulting in nothing changing. Halfway through November, they were pestered enough to give our flat keys to a few empty rooms in a different building to shower. In the middle of December, we got no warning of a cleaning that was happening, and all of our items in those rooms were thrown away. When we went to the front desk in a panic (we had no soap, towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc), they handed me gloves and told me to dig through the trash.
Overall, okay place to live until you have a problem.
