A bit expensive for what it is. I've had problems with maintenance not resolving issues in a timely manner. There was mould in the shower for most of my stay and it made me ill because the maintenance person kept giving excuses. My room is wheelchair accessible to a certain extent. The majority of the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. However, I have had problems with the staff not having adequate knowledge about disabilities or mental health issues. The area outside of the property isn't the safest especially at night but, it is close to the doctors surgery, the LRI and the DMU campus.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're so pleased you've enjoyed your time at Queens Court, we appreciate the positive feedback!
During my 3rd year at university I have chosen to stay at Queens Court (studio flat). The location is very close to the university (approx 2 min walk) and local facilities including bars, shopping centre, restaurants etc. approx 10 minute walk away. Staff have been super helpful and pleasant and are quick to help with any issues that occur during your stay. There are no social spaces as such at Queens Court itself but by staying here it gains you access to social spaces over at the accommodation on Upperton Road which includes a gym. Overall, I would highly recommend Queens Court for students of any year as it provides a much more quiet and friendly form of accommodation in comparison to others I have lived at in the past.

Hi there, we're so happy you've enjoyed your experience at Queen's Court. Being a very central site, it's nice having what Leicester has to offer at our doorstep. The site team are always glad to receive such feedback and will continue to help make your stay a positive one in any way they can. Our social space at Upperton is also available for booking to residents to use the large TV there and the range of entertainment we have (pool tables, table tennis and air hockey). We also love to host events using that social area, so keep your eyes out for these. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, we hope you continue to enjoy your time with us.
Good , but a little expensive…

Hi there, we're happy to hear that overall, you've found us a positive place to be. We're sorry to hear that you've found us a touch expensive, we always strive to offer the most competitive prices possible. It's always worth keeping an eye for any promotionals we have, particularly when it comes to rebooking for next year. Our site team are always happy to help clarify these and explain what we have to offer. We also never charge utilities, so there's never any hidden costs to worry about. Thank you for taking the time to review us, we're always glad to receive feedback.
Lived there 2 years. Good if you go to DMU.

We are glad to hear that you have enjoyed living at Queens Court! Thank you for taking the time to write us a review.
I wouldn't recommend this location really. The fire alarm is going off constantly. When I first arrived at the accomodation I had a list of problems with the flat and some of these took forever to be fixed. The ceiling in the bathroom is made of plywood so the paint is always flaking due to steam from the shower. Who makes a bathroom ceiling out of something that isn't waterproof? I'd have been fine living at the accomodation if it didn't cost a ridiculous amount of money to live there, I was paying £115 a week for something that felt like it was worth about £70 a week. Glad I'm gonna be leaving there at the end of August, the only thing I'll be missing is the WiFi. Shouldn't have wasted my money.

We are sorry that your roost wasn’t 100% what you’d expect it to be. Thank you for taking the time to write us a review.
The accomedation team was always really helpful and friendly especially Sonya, who has tried her best to make our university experience good during coronavirus highly recommend this accommodation and will be staying there next year.

Best staff - Sonia Pepa has been an amazing staff in reception always attending to my problems and does her job right. However, I believe management takes time to fix problems especially when emails have constantly been sent to get a response or something done.

it was always going to be difficult moving away from home for the very first time. however the staff were very helpful in welcoming me and making me feel at home. Great value for money and right next to campus which is a huge positive

WiFi is awful and when first arrived it’s like the place hadn’t been cleaned since the last tenancy.

We are sorry that your roost wasn’t 100% what you’d expect it to be. If you are still having isues with the WIFI please do let us know.
I stayed here last year when studying graphic design at DMU. Queens court was right next to campus making extremely easy to access (plus meaning more time in bed!) site staff were helpful with my sister as she made a booking to stay this year 19/20.
