I had a brilliant time at brookland road accommodation. The room was perfect for relaxing and getting work for uni done. I had loads of storage space which really helped it feel like home as I was able to take a lot of my belongings. The staff were all really friendly, particularly Scott whom I had many a pleasant conversations with. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Better value for money than a lot of uni accom, generally nice and quiet, and very close to uni! The wifi is also decent. The only downside is the lack of social space which isn't too bad as it's close to other accommodation anyways and overall the flats are great.

Some staff are really lovely and do make the accomodation worth the price. However there are a few night shift people who are hypocrites and have a superiority complex. Room sizes are also not equal yet you will pay the same amount as everyone else so be cautious with the room selection. My room is a sliver compared to the others in my flat.

Horrible management by Sulets who own the accommodation. They are not accommodating to international students at all even in light of the pandemic and give you an extremely hard time. Wifi in this building is poor, you can barely stream your school lectures without the wifi going out. Definitely would not recommend this place for students especially international.
Lovely flats, spacious kitchens and bathrooms, plus all the receptionists are lovely, especially In times when you can’t see others! Only minor issue is limited parking but not a lot can be done about that. Thank you so much for being there for me when others couldn’t be! Will miss you all x
Brookland road has been a good accomodation this year, I have enjoyed my stay and the staff here are lovely especially Sapphire and Simon, they always made sure we were safe and happy and supported us throughout the year. It is a little expensive but the rooms are nice and if anything breaks they sorts it as soon as they possibly can. The WiFi is awful but that’s glide not Brookland there’s not much social space but during the pandemic we didn’t need it anyway
Had a wonderful year at Brookland road. Experienced both shared apartment as well as studio flat and both were amazing. The only drawback I can think of would be the lack of social space, but since it's so close to Nixon court and the university, it's not hard to come by activities and a social life. It's a nice accommodation for people who like relatively quiet lives. The staff are really lovely and helpful.

I have stayed in Brookland for almost one year (with three lovely girls). It's a very comfortable living environment for me (24-hours heater and hot water system!). Clean and safe. Speed for maintenance maybe a little bit slow. But you can always get a quick response from the staff, and they definitely will try to figure the problem out. Although social events maybe a little bit less, I always prefer a quiet environment for study. So, to me, it's not a big problem. To sum up, because of the considerate team, I enjoyed a wonderful time in Brookland.

I have enjoyed my experience at Brookland and the friendly staff at reception are great. One big issue however, is how management deals with maintenance issues. As someone who has stayed in rental properties for years there are few things that the management team could learn. Firstly, with an operation of this magnitude I am unsure why there is no in house maintenance team (electrician, plumber etc). Generally speaking most letting companies of this magnitude have their own on site maintenance personnel to take care of issues on the spot. Not only is this cheaper but also more efficient. There have been numerous issues where plumbing or electrical do not work. These things happen and the management team cannot be put at fault for it, however the response is generally slow and management does not keep the tenants up to date. I would advise the management team to look into this issue as it's one area that could be greatly improved upon and make the experience much better.

The bad experience stays in here. Terrible maintaining systems, it takes a long time to fix stuff after made reports. Far away from the city center, and the school of business. Also, the price is expensive, even expensive than living in the city center, or Nixon and opal. Wifi is terrible, slowly and miss connect at any time.

Very unsociable, would be nice if a common room was added, weekly cleaners for Brookland place, two fridges for Brookland place as one fridge is not enough for 4 people.

As a person who longs for peace and solitude I am quite satisfied with the living condition in Brookland. (Except some students who make noise in an unreasonable way). And I think the location as well as the equipment are very convenience. But may be it's still a new accommodation, sometimes the equipment cannot work quite well. (The staff will help us to fix it)

Brookland road is situated conveniently close to amenities and the university itself is only a 10 minute walk away. The staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful that take pride in fulfilling their duties and looking after the facilities. Definitely would recommend for first year students, lots of social events in nearby accomodation blocks.

Moving from Nixon to Brookland I am extremely happy with my accommodation its very quiet, no construction, no noise. The receptionist are really helpful as well and nice. In terms of socials this isn the place for you if you want socials and parties its really quite.
