About Darley Bank
This award-winning hall (Best University Housing 2022,2023 & 2024 & 2025 & Best Value for Money 2025*) is home to 391 good quality ensuite rooms and 14 self-contained studios in the heart of the University Quarter. Residents are conveniently close to lectures, the city centre’s restaurants, bars and shops and the Unibus service.
Rooms and studios are available in three sizes, small, medium, and large. Darley Bank rooms contain a small double bed, bookshelves, a wardrobe, a large desk and chair, and their own ensuite facilities. Rooms are arranged in flats with 3 to 7 people sharing a large kitchen/social space with sofas and soft seating. All kitchens also contain a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink, drainer, cupboards, work tops and table and chairs There is also a large common room with TV and a pool table
