pretty cheap for where it is and its not like a block of flats like a lot of other unis. Its also pretty chilled and green.
Wifi drops out regularly, makes it hard to revise using ELE. There are always people around so socially that's good but trying to study its a pain.
Great place to live if you're a Lukey.
I love living in rowancroft, it is in a lovely quite area but not too far from the city centre and nightlife. There is a really close community feel and despite being a 35min walk from streatham I definitely wouldn't want to live anywhere else :)
Rowancroft is great! I'm based at the main campus so I have about a 30 minute walk or 15 minute cycle and it's not persuaded me to change halls one bit! It's conveniently near shops and it's a great social environment with a mix of the going out people and those who prefer to stay in, the rooms are also great quality the only downside is the lack of a big pin board but that's not a problem for me (we still get a smaller one above the desk - still useful and haven't even filled it up!)
I've loved living in Rowancroft. It has really good social areas which makes it easier to make friends aswell
