What are the top reasons for choosing Promenade Student Living?

We spoke to CRM Students to find out more:

1. The property is a short walk, cycle, or bus ride from numerous campuses and local institutions, making it the ideal choice for students studying in Brighton.
2. Residents have a selection of bars, restaurants, shops, tea rooms, coffee shops as well as the train station right on their doorstep.
3. You can get to know your neighbours in the outdoor courtyards, TV lounge, or private balcony.
4. When wanting to focus on class work, you can make use of the study spaces and free Wi-Fi and broadband.
5. There are also handy facilities and amenities such as bike storage, laundry facilities, contents insurance, and all-inclusive utility bills.
6. You can rest easy knowing there is secure access, 24/7 CCTV, on-site management, and on-site maintenance. 

Rooms:

If you are looking to stay with friends, you can choose to stay in a shared flat where you have your own private bedroom and bathroom whilst sharing a kitchen, dining, and living space with flatmates. Alternatively, you can opt for a studio room where you have everything to yourself.
