I have two comments, firstly, Gemma has been very helpful and prompt with addressing matters. She is doing a great job. Second, tenants are washing and drying shoes in the washing machine, this is very unhygienic. I don't know how shoes are cleaned here but if they have to be washed with the machine, please let's have a dedicated machine for shoes only. read more

Hi there!Unfortunately, only authorised vehicles, students with blue badges and staff vehicles are permitted to park in Causeway View. However, if you are looking to stay with us, we do have parking spaces available at our Spring Gardens property (A 2 minute walk from Causeway View).If you have booked your room for next year with us and would like to reserve a spot for your car, please email the site team at Causeway and they will assist in getting you a parking space reserved!Parking costs £60 a month and is added manually by the team, once added to your account, you can then head to the desk to make payment, call the site team and pay over the phone, or go online to our customer website and make a payment through there!I hope this answers all your questions in regards to parking with us here at Unite Students Aberdeen, but if you require any more information please send an email to aberdeen@unitestudents.com!Kind Regards,Gary
