A great place to stay and was really easy to meet friends outwith your own flat. Staff are lovely and accommodation is really close to campus which is nice. Have had no issues although wifi can be temperamental.

Caledon court has been a lovely place to stay for first year, perfect for couples due to dual occupancy at no extra cost. Social area colourful and with loads of great activities including pool, board games and video games. Staff are kind, supportive and welcoming.

The staff are wonderful, very kind and personable. The accommodation is modern, everything works well, good amenities. They put on many social events and have prize draws and recognise holidays (Christmas, Chinese New Year, Ramadan). The WiFi can be hit or miss but the staff respond in a timely manner and chase up the company for us. When there are maintenance issues they are resolved quickly and we’ll.

I’ve had a very good experience though there are some things that could be improved. Like the wifi service experience, it’s very difficult or impossible to connect it to certain devices.

Love staying here and it’s definitely worth the money compared to other places. The receptionists are really friendly and welcoming too. Very close to RGU so it’s not a hassle getting to university.

Perfect location for Uni. Warm, safe, and clean. the rooms are spacious and the kitchens have plenty storage. the social space and study room is a brilliant asset. the staff are absolutely fantastic. they are quick to resolve problems and are always there for a chat if you need it. i will miss the staff when i move out. the only problem is the price. the rent is extremely expensive and is going up for 24/25. i wouldn’t say it’s the correct value for money considering the wifi is weak and the hot water is temperamental. this place would be a 5 star for me, if the rent was about £100 cheaper. They would definitely get a lot more people drawn here aswell, as when talking to individuals at university, the ridiculous price is the only thing that puts them of Caledon Court, as every other aspect is phenomenal! overall, i’ve loved every second of my stay here. i just wish i wasn’t paying my whole SAAS just towards rent.

Excellent location in regards to the university being right next door and a supermarket just down the road. Wonderful and friendly staff has made the accomodation that much better. The rooms are of good quality and the bathroom is better than the ones in other student accommodations I've visited. Next year will be my third year staying in this accomodation, I definitely recommend this place for RGU students.

If the price is still 119, then this is the cheapest one the design of ensuit rooms is very good, enough room in the bathroom and toilet and enough room to put the laundry rack beside the window. The table in the room for study is also large and the shelf allows more stuff to be placed. at the ground floor, the common room is big enough for everyone to have fun. and very short walk to RGU.

It could be considered to be slightly out the way, but it’s perfect for a calmer student experience, with great events held for students to experience, and really friendly staff.

Caledon Court has probably been the best place I have ever stayed at. Its homely, comfortable, has amazing staff and is close to both RGU and Asda. I highly recommend staying here for your first year of Uni.

It’s a really good accommodation to live in. It’s close to Robert Gordon University and the staff’s are really friendly and welcoming. We get to enjoy various events like paint and pizza, pancake day, movie night and there is always lots of snacks available during the events.

I have spent all 4 years of studying at Caledon Court since moving away from home during Covid-19 and the staff have been incredible. If any issues occur, like a fuse blows or you door handle is too loose they are extremely quick to get someone on hand to fix them. With incredibly clean-cut yet modern decor and the comfiest mattress I've ever slept on it's a worthwhile option for any student looking for accommodation in Aberdeen. Also, who doesn't love a less than 15 minutes walk to classes?

I've had a lot of issues with my room , all of which should have been sorted before charging me rent . The rent is expensive , and is set to go up next term . Issues seem to take a while to get fixed or you end up continuously reporting them on the app. The staff are friendly enough, but only if your not being an inconvenience to them . The location is ideal , but I just don't think it's worth the price anymore . When you can go private , even with electricity and water , WiFi ect . It still works out cheaper than here. The social experience was a big let down for me, being stuck with students that are rude , aggressive and don't clean up after themselves . Go out of their way to ignore you , dosent feel like a sense of community . Fire alarms are a big issue , they do tend to go off a lot . Thankfully the alarm company now , seems to be better than the last . Still not ideal when your up at 4am when you have a lecture at 9 o'clock.

It’s a wonderful place to be. It has a good location and a quiet environment with beautiful scenery. The transportation system is very central and one is able to reach any other part of Aberdeen from this accommodation. The staff in charge at welcoming and responsible and the public spaces of the accommodation are always neat.

Better value for money than a lot of the university-owned accommodation and I can even see Gray's school of art from my window so the university is very, very closeby. My ensuite is ideal for me with a big mirror for doing my hair in the morning and a spacious shower. The furniture in the room is also ideal with lots of under-bed storage and shelves above the desk and in the wardrobe. The desk is also quite large with a large pin board which is useful for notes/timetables/photos etc. The staff made it very easy to feel welcome here.

Caledon Court is a home away from home!. It’s about 10mins from the university and the perfect place for international students. The events organized such as movie nights, paint and pizza, game night, big breakfast and so on have helped with my social and relationship building skills. Most importantly, Sophie and Laura are the absolute best 🥰… they are very easy to approach and always ready to help.

I haven't stayed at Caledon court for long, however I have enjoyed my stay here so far. The staff are incredibly kind and can help with any problems, the rooms are modern and cosy, and the kitchens are fully furnished with working up-to-date equipment. I do not frequent the social spaces, however when I do, they are full of friendly faces and always packed to the brim with happy students playing games or chatting. The location is literally perfect for any RGU student - it is only a 10 minute walk to the main campus, and for Greys students it takes about a minute. As a law student who frequents the library, this makes life so much easier for me. The only negatives that I could give about this place is that the fire alarm goes off very frequently (the alarms are very sensitive) and that the wifi is kinda slow - fast enough to do any coursework, but not good if you enjoy gaming like I do. Overall a fantastic place, and Sophie and Laura are both so friendly. I would recommend this place :)

The accommodation is very well decorated it’s modern, bright and clean. Location wise it’s perfect for rgu students as it’s a 5 min walk to campus. The social areas are perfect if you want to socialise I would recommend this accommodation to future students

I’m really enjoying Caledon Court so far! It’s amazingly close to RGU which is so great, you don’t have to wait in the large queues for buses as it’s in walking distance. The number 1&2 buses stop right outside and take you into the centre fairly quickly. The management team are really friendly and are great and solving issues quickly. Social spaces are great and there is plenty of room in the rooms to personalise it and make it your own. It’s really starting to feel like home.

Honestly everything i looked for, the only downside which really doesn’t matter much is the distance to aberdeen city centre, but then you have the number 1 & 2 buses that are fairly frequent. This is a great place to stay and call home during term time.

My room wasn't complete when I moved in and the problems we had with the flat have taken a while to get fixed. Although the room is lovely, the social space is filled with things to do and it's right across the road from university

The place is really close to the university(rgu), the staff are brilliant and the social spaces within the accommodation are wonderful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Caledon Court is an amazing place to stay! If you go to RGU, it is literally the Best one as it is a 7-8 mins walk to the campus! The property managers Sophie and Laura are the best ever! They are always here to help and assist us in the most effective way possible! The rooms are super clean, well maintained and the residence decor is so cosy, modern and aesthetic! The events created here are super cool and makes us feel like Home! Totally love this place!

I came here in 2019 for my foundation year, ever since then I’ve lived in Caledon court. I’m in my 3rd year now and still I don’t feel like leaving this place, it’s more like home to me. One of the bestest place and it’s really comfortable for rgu students. An amazing location with so much adventure to explore. Flatmates are incredible here and the management team has always been like bestest friends to me..they both are friendly and supportive. Overall, in a word,. It’s home :)

I am absolutely in love with this place!!!! I am at grays school of art and is a 2 minute walk to my campus. The rooms and shared spaces are amazing!!! I have amazing flatmates and we all get along so good. I will definitely be staying here for the whole of my time at uni I would never look for another student accommodation. Staff are amazing. Parcels are easy to collect. I would not recommend anywhere else :))))

Everyone is really kind and helpful, the staff are impeccable and the rooms are amazing but the WiFi is a but slow and the fire alarm goes off too much 😅😅 none the less u would still recommend this accommodation especially for rgu students

Great place, right across the road from uni. Nice clean and modern rooms equipped with heaters. Laundry a little expensive and WiFi can be temperamental.

It's very nice and spacious, also close to campus which is very convenient. The staff are lovely and all around top notch place. Only downside is the fire alarm.

Friendly space with great design, the empty space is clean modern leaving you plenty room to bring your own belongings and make your room yours! The staff are lovely and welcoming, any issues I’ve had have been very quickly and effectively resolved. Tenants are reasonably quiet but social spaces are frequently used and full of friendly people.

Caledon court is a great place to stay. For someone who moved 150 miles away from home, thier welcome events helped me settle in quickly and made the move slightly less scary. The helpful team where on hand for if and when any problems arose over the first few weeks and I am sure they will continue to be. Great accommodation all round and that's not even mentioning the litteral 5 minute walk to my classes in the morning ❤️

After staying at another more central accommodation in Aberdeen last year, my mind has been blown by the quality of living at Caledon. It’s small things like hallways having dense carpet so that you’re not always hearing flatmates walking by your room, or having an indoor bin disposal making it faster and more convenient getting rid of rubbish. So far I’ve been consistently surprised by how furnished and well maintained Caledon as an accommodation is, planning on staying her next year too. <3

So far I have been loving staying at Caledon Court. Its closeness to the Robert Gordon University is a real befit especially since buses to the University can get crazy during the week.

The accomadation is very nice, the staff are lovely and welcoming, i have had a few issues with a burst pipe in my room, but staff resolved this quickly for me. I would recommend this accomadation as the location is the best

The place itself is lovely, obviously the (incredibly friendly and helpful) management have little say in the people who move in so there’s still the chance that you’re stuck with a bad apple, but other than that, the rooms are good, the kitchens are good, the social space is huge and there are few places as close to RGU.

Caledon is brilliant in terms of cleanliness and space, there’s plenty fridge space for everyone in your flat rather than it being limited like other places I’ve stayed. The rooms also have plenty of storage and are spacious so you don’t feel cramped at all which is great. The staff are friendly and the social spaces and facilities such as the games room and study rooms are super handy and you are a 5 minute walk from RGU. This is great as getting the bus in the morning can be difficult as they get very full, but at caledon you don’t have to worry about that. The only downside is not being super close to town but there are regular buses or its just a 40 minute walk to Union Street so for me it’s not an issue at all. Everything else is brilliant and the price is good value compared to some other places around where you get a lot less for your money.

I absolutely loved my first year living at Caledon Court. The women at reception are so welcoming and are always available, even if it's just to have a fun chat. There is such a great atmosphere with plenty of social events that make it easy to make friends. The rooms are also far nicer than most other uni accommodations I've seen, and a huge Asda is only a 5 minute bus away. Not to mention being right across the road from RGU! The only negative I can think of is the frequent fire alarms, but I gather that's common in most uni accom. lol. Would definitely recommend Caledon Court to new students.

Overall , I enjoyed staying at Caledon Court . I would say my Bronze en suite room was very good size. The matinence of the building is a bit of an issue . I do also feel like my flat could have done with a hoover being provided . There was still a lot of cleaning utensils and living equipment we had to buy as a flat. Social spaces are nice , a bit cold in the winter . There's definitely a good few things you can do . I liked the size of kitchen , plenty of room for 5 people . It's more the pricing of rooms, for example I had a Bronze room and was paying a different price to my other flatmate who also had the same . I'm not sure if it's to do with when you book. Very convenient for if you study at Grays School of Art , its literally right across the road, which is super handy. Staff are nice and friendly, they do try their best most of the time to try and help . I do feel like the company themselves could employ more staff.

My stay at Caledon has been a largely positive and pleasant one. The proximity to RGU and not having to be concerned with bills, other than rent, have been the star points with me. Reception staff are also very pleasant.

The people at the reception desk are amazing. It’s super close to rgu and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The team are very inclusive and accommodating to all the different residents and cultures. Really enjoyed the social outing the other day.

The residence are disruptive that live here. The circuit laundry is a rip off. Fire alarm Is always going off and the response to turn it off is slow. Not all their fault necessarily but rent is extortionate. A flat in the city centre is 500 pounds. The price is way too much. Security should be onsite at all times. There’s no reason they couldn’t afford it with the amount rent is.

Way overpriced compared to other student accommodations which already have amenities provided. Had constant issues with noise, staff didn't help. Location is far out from anything so you're not saving any money on busses. Advertised events didn't always happen. No safety or refunds during covid. Do not recommend at all!!
