What are the top reasons for choosing 207 King Street ?
We spoke to Mezzino to find out more:
1. It's only an 18-minute walk from the University of Aberdeen and a 33-minute bus or tram ride from the University of Robert Gordon University.
2. You can enjoy having numerous bars, shops, restaurants and the city centre right on your doorstep.
3. Benefit from a free to use the laundry room in the basement and bike storage. There's also a full-size dishwasher in every kitchen.
4. For added convenience, there is free WiFi throughout, Sherpr and all-inclusive bills.
5. Secure parking is available on-site.
6. Enjoy spending time with your friends at one of the social events or in the student common room with a large TV for gaming and movies.
7. To ensure a comfortable stay, there is secure door entry, 24/7 maintenance support and contents insurance.
Rooms:
207 King Street offers residents a range of cosy rooms in either a 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom or 5 bedroom flat.
My favourite things about 207 is communal laundry area and games room; they are always clean and available when you want to use it. Also, laundry is free!! A major bonus which means no forking out £6 for one wash and dry. I love the location as it's right in-between town and the university of Aberdeen. It also has great transport links, being on King Street, so you can get the bus to both RGU and UoA as well as being a 10 minute walk from Nescol Gallowgate. The rooms are a really good size, even the standard ones and the kitchen/living room layout really fosters a sense of community in your flat, especially if you don't know your flatmates going in. This is a small and quiet building so if you're wanting a more laid-back version of student halls, 207 is perfect.

Thank you for takig the time to review 207 KIng Steet. We ae sp happy that you love the free laudry room and the amazing common roon on offer to you. 207 is a brilliant location for both Universities and College and for exploring Aberdeen. We are so pleased to hear you love your flat and the building! Many Thanks, Karen, Accommodation Manager.
flats are so run down, staff refuse to fix issues in the flats like broken washing machines, staff are rude and unhelpful
Easily accessible halls with free student parking. 10 minute walk to the gym, 10 minute walk to Tesco and 15 minute walk into city centre.
Fantastic experience so far. Flats are spacious and the Ardmuir staff are really helpful. 5 mins walk to the main street for pubs and shops (Union Street) and right next to a big Morrisons. Uni is a 10 minute walk.
Very nice. Functional. A bit pricey but good.
