Brilliant University to enter for selective courses, especially for humanities and social scienes
My experience at Swansea University has been outstanding. I always feel supported by my lectures and mentor, feedback is always useful and I love the atmosphere of the university. It’s location is amazing as it is only a 2 minute walk from the beach so you can relax easily and the library facilities are very good.
Very surreal experience academically and socially
Great experience. Employability Academy provided an excellent internship that unlocked so many doors that would have otherwise not been open. Cheese and wine society was great and amazing location particularly for outdoor activities, plus my course was really interesting with a phenomenal year abroad
Wi-Fi is solid but there is no 4G service
A great place to study: brilliant course, fabulous beachside location, friendly people. So glad I decided to study here.
Great campus location- near the City but surrounded by greenery/beach. However the uni is underfunded and could be improved
The location and locals of Swansea are great. Sadly going to Swansea University during covid times significantly impacted the experience, but that is to be expected. One thing to be aware of is the lack of communication and support in certain courses.
It’s a good uni but could improve on supporting Performing arts more
Great student lifestyle and great location singleton campus is however lacking compared other universities I have visited
