Came to study in Swansea in 2022 and really enjoyed the city and the university with its library by the sea and friendly staff and lecturers. Very intense pace of study but gave lots of challenges. 2023 was my second year at university and I learnt more in depth and got to know lots of interesting content. For example, I learnt about game theory and databases, and it felt like the process of learning was also learning about history and exploring what people had researched before. This year is the last year of university and begins a stage in my life where I have to choose between working or continuing my studies. The university has given a lot of help such as help with writing CVs, and many meetings to help students.
Has a very good base for current events, has a great ability to improve facilities and has the potential to become one of the the UK’s top universities
Swansea Uni provides brilliant access to technology, resources. The events are always well coordinated to entourage student experience and to add to the comfort of the uni.
Enjoyable but vastly different between Swansea Bay Campus and Singleton as the former is much better overall
Fantastic university with great assistance services. Located in an amazing beautiful town, and lecturers are hand-picked for the best learning/insightful student experiences, from a variety of backgrounds.
Staff are great and the social events are fun and frequently hosted. If I had anything to improve, there isn’t anything I can think of. Maintenance too is always resolved extremely quickly.
Having a great time in Swansea University, all the support for international students are really great. However the wifi has to improve significantly.
Overall i am very satisfied with the services in the university. People are very helpful and very willing to guide us.
Had a great time over my three years but the city isn’t my type and a bit run down. Residence is nice but properties are a bit expensive.
I love studying at this university. Great environment.
