So fair I'm really enjoying my time at campus, the only thing I would really say that could be improved is I want more lessons in the week
I'm yet to discover more. But so far a good experience.
Dependant on your ambition and motivation, haven’t interacted much with societies and students union besides a couple times, wifi and internet is pretty reliable, campuses are well equipped, clean and efficient!
Good facilities but wish they were free too.
It's a nice uni with nice spaces
Decent experience all round on campus, clean, infopoint is helpful and lots of facilities and clubs.
5 star accommodation, very welcoming staff
Will be much better if there is more international friendly
Izzy is really nice and good ACCOM
Loved the university great place to study
Im happy with my university and where its located especially
Location and place are so good

Really enjoy the environment of Uwe
Super great experience and lots of people
nice location clean and good. nice to live
Nothing but a 5 star. I love phoenixxxx
Uwe has been a great experience so far, great facilities and campus
Not enough clubs for the size of the uni.
Great to be here. But heating doesnt work
Good University overall. The student union is awesome. The infrastructure is little bit confusing to find the block, buy its good. Proud to be an UWE student
UWE Bristol offers an amazing student experience — the campus is modern, the Students’ Union is active and supportive, and the WiFi is reliable for both study and entertainment. There are plenty of clubs and societies to join, and the careers service is genuinely helpful for future opportunities. Overall, a great environment for learning and meeting new people.
goooooood really gooooood i like it
First year fashion textiles student
I like frenchay. You’re able to meet so much new people and the social life is so good. My course doesn’t really fit me but they are doing so much to accommodate me so that’s great
I like frontier campus is a Big campus Big campus
Lovely people, very supportive
uni is pretty good :))))))))))
Good uni with exceptional focus on student well being.
Have a great time studying and lecturers can explain very well
Great support for social bonds and have many careers fairs and events to help build up credibility
Student life has been difficult but the uni has many supportive systems to aid.
Good uni but a little bit under resourced
I was shown around this student accommodation ahead of its opening and it looks really impressive. The rooms are modern, well designed, and feel comfortable for studying and living. The communal spaces look spacious and social, and everything appears well planned with students in mind. The location is also really convenient. From the tour, it seems like it will be a great place to live once it opens.
I haven't been to students union neither the societies but it's nice
Everything is good. I love this place

biggest thing at the moment very big
Uni is ok. Cant complain too much.
Had an amazing time at market gate 0 problems, all the staff such as Chris who’s loved by everyone and all the students are lovely.
The thing I was most impressed about UWE was the campus. It’s amazing
Frenchay seems a great campus, bower Ashton often feels very separate
Nice campus with lots of areas to study at. Good range of cafeterias.
Amazing uni, very diverse students, wide variety of societies and clubs for everyone. Teaching facilities are excellent and student support is very reliable.
It is really good to stay at cherry court.
VERYYY VERYYY VERYY VERYYY VERYYY VERYYY VERYYY VERYY
Great uni so far I’m really enjoying it
Bower Ashton WiFi is terrible, I can’t use it at all, but the facilities activities and the way bookings are organised are absolutely incredible.
It’s my fist day, it wasn’t that bad I just registered
Great Uni, modern facilities and rooms. Organisation on some courses were problematic but quality if lectures was great
Facilities are great and always improving - the SU is a really nice space (I studied at UOB for undergrad and UWE for postgrad, and honestly I prefer UWE's SU). However I know from friends' experiences that students with chronic health conditions and international students often don't receive adequate support.
The personalised support is amazing and lecturers really vare
good facilities, uni can be very alienating
Really enjoyed my first year at UWE, cannot wait to see what's to come!
Very good facilities, very helpful when there was an issue.
a pretty well balanced university with good learning facilities, social life, support team and good hobby facilities
good stuff big up bower ashton
Decent experience but could be better
The resources are okay with good wifi once you’re connected
I’ve loved my time at UWE, although I didn’t like Bristol too much and had a rough time starting uni, the UWE staff did beyond everything to help.
Nice campus. Could be a few more diverse societies to join
Careers and employment services don’t engage international students as they should because they find it hard to get a job even with a good resume.
UWE Bristil is not the best but it is a great experience
Amazing experience good people.
Great university, need to improve the it service as I have faced some issues with timetable, and attendance etc
Shahbaz a fellow Pakistani is very helpful member of the team.
everything was fine but bower is very out of the way and i like the area it’s in but it feels super long to get there sometimes
Great campus I just cannot afford to come in at all because of how low my maintenance loan is
As an architecture student, the R block is great and is a good environment to be productive with work, with all the equipment necessary for my course.
Overall good facilities and alright location
Great uni great service great everythingp
Biggest rooms I have ever seen cheers mate innit
The location is very good. tesco is close. The indoor free billiards table is clean and tidy, which is the best facility in all dormitories I have ever seen.
Good university with great facilities and access
Great Uni experience, staff and facilities brilliant
Such a lovely area and building had a great time thank you !!
All good so far, nothing to complain about
Good facilities, good building and teaching
I’ve found it very difficult to find a job in Bristol and wish there was more support for this as living in Bristol is very expensive and a job is pretty essential especially if i want a nicer house next year. There are many good societies at UWE, but they are very expensive so it stops me from doing a lot of them
Stimulating, equipped and available
Great university, excellent staff
it’s very good good job lads !!!
The university is really supportive. Lots of great facilities. Lectures are well organised. Everyone is willing to help. Lots of support available
perfect experience and lots of facilities
amazing deal and very helpful people around
The buildings can be confusing to find rooms and the teaching quality has been pretty poor. Most teachers don’t seem to do much more than the bare minimum even when you directly ask for extra support.
It’s a cozy property with a group of friendly and helpful staff, especially Lappy and Jarmo—super helpful and welcoming. The facilities are also great!
Facilities are good with access to a wider network
good experience, haven’t come across any issues
My university experience has been enjoyable so far. Lectures have been organised and executed well for my understanding. However, I think there are some inconsistencies with the quality of seminars I received this year. Certain seminar lecturers have provided me with clear understanding of assessments and the use of skills that I am learning in the real world. In contrast, I have seen a stark difference with some seminar tutors who have not planned sessions well. I think it would be ignorant as well to not mention the fact that having spoken to other peers, most have the similar opinion in that a number of lecturers have limited English and it is very hard to absorb content when they are speaking fast.
Overall I think UWE is a great university. The facilities, buildings and opportunities are great. However, the main cause of concern for me is the poor communications. Firstly, blackboard is terrible in my opinion. It’s overly complicated, with far too many tabs and varying ways of use between different lecturers. The marking tab on blackboard is bad. It’s difficult to figure out which marks are for which assignments/exams etc.
Campus is filled with everything you could need and all the staff seem pleasant and accommodating
Great uni, lots of support with my studies
Pretty great campus just lacks diversity maybe.
Need more hands on practice in my course
Good campus with everything you need.
solid campus, great facilities, services and people
good uni Good enough for studying, and any problems raised are fixed in a reasonable time.
Everything is good, the only downside is that i occasionally have trouble with connecting to the WiFi. Other than that everything else is fine.
Wonderful Uni Experience, would definitely recommend.
