To make doubly sure students always have internet access University of Plymouth (#17) have provided ethernet ports in every student room, meaning you can connect your device from the relaxation of your own room with network access there when you need it.

IT service teams take the pain out of setting up your devices by providing dedicated help desks to sort out all those pesky IT issues. Like the University of Bath’s (#3) Digital, Data and Technology team who are on hand to sort your IT challenges!

Not only are IT teams dedicated to providing excellent internet and WiFi, they are always coming up with ways to make students’ and staff’s life more easy. For example the University of Southampton’s (#14) ‘MySouthampton’ app helps staff and students know what is going on across campus, from timetables to available PCs.
