With 6-8 person flats that have amazing kitchen spaces and rooms which you can make your own. Not to mention the massive common room, games room and outdoor space. I had a great time in Archwood.

Archwood house is a great first home for me as an international student. I also like the area (Peckham) as it is close to many activities like cinema, market, thrift shops, and groceries.
Staff were rude and unhelpful, social events were very good and helped me to make a lot of friends, general cleanliness was extremely poor and made it extremely difficult to live there
While the amenities include a common room, games room, which is great. We also have a cinema room but it takes a prior booking of 10 days which makes renders it unusable. The space lacks a gym which is a definite minus! While the transport connectivity in the area is really nice, it is not the safest location due to which we cannot go out after evening. Good social experiences provided via events in the acommodation.
I had a great experience at Archwood. The area is a bit sketchy but well located in terms of university, supermarkets, etc.
Archwood House is a wonderful student accommodation in Peckham. The rooms and the amenities are wonderful. It's recently done up property and it's really comfortable. The maintenance team is swift to attend to the maintenance concerns.
archwood house. the building is beautiful, most things are working perfectly. The only problems I came across were the wifi (turned off a few times while i was here?) and the hoover provided doesn't work very well - I'm not sure what the problem is.

Archwood is a good building and a good place to live. However Peckham is a bit of a dodgy place and not always feeling safe
Archwood house is a very modern, clean and safe accommodation. The interior as well as the exterior is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the price ranges are adequate for london. However the area Peckham which is where Archwood house is located in, can be quite dangerous at night, therefore it is always good to be careful. Other then that I can only recommend the accommodation!
The building is very modern and clean. There is a lot of storage room for your bike.
Archwood is a great choice for student accommodation. The main issue is that the Wi-Fi only works on mobile devices - you can’t connect on any tvs or games consoles. But apart from that no complaints!

Very very friendly staff and receptionists, they're so helpful with whatever you ask! Clean and well maintained common spaces as well. Easy transport to and from central London/Uni.
Well located at the top of Peckham high street, bus stop right outside which is great. Great kitchen space. Management could be improved.
It's a good accomodation overall but remember THERE IS NO STORAGE SPACE, Do not forget to bring organisers. I have been living off my suitcase so far. Tried finding organisers in Peckham but haven't spotted any. Will probably have to travel to set up my cupboard!!
I came here when the prices were £195 per week for a standard shared bathroom, so if the prices didn’t rise for 2023, but since it’s gone up I probably wouldn’t rate it the same. I didn’t mind my stay at Archwood, really. I had a good time. I had a bedroom window that looked over the skyline of Southwark which was breathtaking, especially on the nighttime. It might be one of the better accomodations overall. Archwood is situated in Peckham, NOT the ‘heart of Camberwell’. The receptionists can often be unhelpful and actually a bit racist towards eastern Asian students. Really good transport options though with a bus stop directly outside the building, routes that go to Elephant and Castle and Kings Cross. Spoilt for choice on local amenities with Rye Lane, has a Lidl and every shop you could possibly need.
