One of the staff treated me like garbage. He viewed me through a colored lens and made me feel bad by assuming I did something wrong when I didn’t. I think it’s because I’m Asian. Such a racist.
Even though it’s a bit expensive for me I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t find a better place than this. The location is amazing, the weekly activities are always fun and I absolutely love the team. And overall I have no complaints about the service. Thank you :)
Great location. Reception teams are super friendly and always ready for help.
I think the apartment is great! However, due to the epidemic caused a lot of inconvenience, many apartment facilities were not available. It would be better if the apartment could provide room cleaning services.
Over priced, good social space
Really loved staying here and the staff was very nice!! definetly felt like I was home.
Totally recommend Spring Mews, nice location, friendly resident team.
Fantastic location and a lovely staff! The financial commitment to this property is large but worth it for the security, amenities, and location.
perfect accommodation, the location is very convenience, the front desk staff are friendly, there are a lot of fitness equipment.
Great place to live. You can easily make friends here all the time. Also, the staff is always so nice and friendly. We are not a student hall, we are a big family. They organize for us a lot of different activities with prizes. They try to accomplish every request we have.
A very nice accommodation with very friendly staff, I would say the biggest positives for me were the high WiFi speeds (great for online learning, but I was also able to play online games without a problem) and the location. My biggest complaint would be the expensive and poor washing machines and dryers. For the amount I am paying I would expect free use of a washing machine, or higher quality machines which are cleaned more regularly in order to reflect the £2.80 per wash. The gym, whilst not on par with actual gyms, was a very pleasant experience during COVID when my gym was closed. It has the basics one needs for a decent workout and the ability to book it meant that it was not over crowded. Being honest, I do not have a complete opinion on social spaces due to the fact the COVID has prevented me from socialising, but would say it looks very pleasant and enjoyable if only socialisation were possible.
I have lived in Spring Mews for 2 years and it has been the loveliest experience living here. The place and the facilities are great and the amazing staff have been really helpful especially during the pandemic to make sure my stay has been unaffected as much as possible. I highly recommend staying at Spring Mews, coming to stay here has been one of the best decisions I have made during my studies in London.
Living here is really enjoyable. Everyone at Spring Mews is friendly and helpful. All the facilities are in good conditions. I would definitely recommend other students to live here.
Spring Mews has made my stay in London enjoyable with the events that they organise to help students socialise and get to know each other. The location is perfect if you’re new the city and can help you settle in nicely.
THEY MADE US PACK UP AND MOVE OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. MOST OF US ARE INTERNATIONAL AND HAD TO GO HOME. THEY GAVE NO REFUND FOR MONTHS WE HAD LEFT AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING TO COME GET OUR THINGS AND MOVE OUT OF THEY WILL DISCARD IT
Excellent location right in the centre of London. Halls are very well maintained and the team are extremely responsive and helpful. The team put on lots of social events to get everyone together. Rooms are very comfortable and well designed. Lovely social space, great gym and swimming pool.
The living environment is truly great, all the staff here are friendly and helpful. But the electric devices in room are not very good, refrigerator is bad, always change temperature that bring inconvenience.Heaters are not working.Rent is expensive but still get space to improve.
It is my 4th year at Spring Mews, London and I am very satisfied with the whole experience. The staff team is very helpful and the location is convenient as it is within a short walking distance from the train and bus station (5min). The en-suite room size is perfect for a student, it has many storage spaces. Couldn't find a better place to live in London!
Great but issues but to many issues with equipments
Springmews is located on a beautiful and convenient location, with a very friendly and helpful staff team. I would recommend it. One let down is the prices raising up each and every year, becoming too expensive.
Great staff and friendly , nice location
Great student accommodation with the best facilities (study rooms, gym, and cosy rooms) and the location is wonderful! The staff here are so helpful and warm. I’ve only had great experiences and rebooked to stay here for another year.
I am very happy about my decision of livinig here and wish I could be here next year aswell!
It claims to be a smoke free accommodation but for the past four months someone has been smoking in the shared kitchen, I've complained multiple times and I'm basically told that unless I know who exactly is smoking they won't/can't/don't care about doing anything. I haven't used the kitchen in months because of my asthma so I don't know who's smoking. It's started to get in my room and I'm having asthma attacks and getting sick so I asked to change rooms. Was told to contact my school (who I got the contract through) and they said it would be a charge of £75 to change rooms! £75 to get away from smoke in a "smoke free" area! £75 to not have asthma attacks in my own room! Gave them so much money just to get sick and they wanna charge me to get away from a toxic environment that shouldn't even be here!
Great place as a postgraduate student. Plenty of study areas and very safe building.
There are many maintenance issues that take a while to correct. Sometimes they aren't fixed at all no matter how much you complain. Builders coming in and out of your room as well. The building is located directly next to train tracks, so you will hear the trains all day and night -- even with closed windows. Another issue is their wi-fi which isn't very fast and often goes out. When the wi-fi stops working, the staff are unable to offer any advice as to when it will come back on which takes hours and sometimes days. Staff is horrendous and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and check out some other accommodations because there are so many to choose from in central London. I deeply regret that I didn't look at others. This place is way too overpriced and they don't have the goods or service to back it up. You deserve to enjoy London and school and not be in uncomfortable and distracting housing.
Amazing place, friendly staff. Swimming pool is awesome.
Stunning location, however the social experience is very isolating as the events planned are only taken up by very few. Lots of different universities attached to it. Quality of appliances is very basic.
