Ok, first of all there is a big moold problem. Moold is basically covering everywhere in the laundry room and even tho students have told about this to the reception and the accomadation, all that has been done was paint over the moold which after a month started showing up again. There is a serious bug issue. Bugs including big sized spiders which i had to kill 3 only today in my room. Cockroaches are also present as I have saw them moving around in the accom, especially around the entrance levels. I also heard some students seeing mices in their kitchens. Heating system is very poor as i had to get myself a separate one. Social spaces are fine as well as rooms as they are spacious compared to other accoms. However kitchens are small as you have to share them with 8 people (only 2 mini fridges).

I stayed there from September 2013-April 2014. Good sized rooms, plenty of space, under the bed storage, the en-suite is an okay size - its not a wet room, there is a distinct shower 'cubicle' with a shower curtain and theres room to move, I was impressed as I'd seen many small university en-suites before. Our kitchen was small for 8 of us, we made it work but it could've been about a 1.3-1.5x bigger, I think we had one of the smaller sized kitchens but I don't know. The washing/drying can be expensive, and unless they've changed it moving in was difficult as we weren't allowed to park our car inside the gate, and had a 15 minute slot to unload everything. It takes about 25-30 minutes to walk from the flat to UCL, the buses take about the same amount of time. Okay area, really close to Islington (where there's a big Sainsbury's) and Kings Cross (restaurants, a few shops etc). Its also very close to the canal which is a lovely walk towards Regents park through Camden.
