Kavanagh court was a perfect home base for me during the time I lived there.

3 months to succeed in using the circuit laundry app (had to ask every time to a roommate), with at the beginning some staff who did not want to show how it works or help with the bug. Didn't know properly that there will be a kitchen not managed by cleaning staff at all (and no option to visit the apartment before moving) We have to book for the terrace for ex, it would be better to access it without booking It would be good to have plates and cleaning material provided Not correctly advised there was Netflix in each apartment (thought we had to book the cinema room every time) However, nice staff for most of the time
Kavanagh Court is the perfect option to experience everything a good student accommodation should have. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always helpful. The building in itself is modern and perfectly located to navigate the city. Bedrooms are very cosy and I would strongly recommend to make them cosier and personal by putting up posters, pictures. Sharing the kitchen with people is a good way to make friends and experience how diverse Dublin is.
Great location, very modern accommodation, good social spaces
1: Central heating didn’t work from mid October to almost February. Management did not do anything and, of course, did not offer any alternative. They just kept saying to wait and that they could not do anything. 2: Why the need to book open spaces like rooftop or simply the Hoover. I do not know one day in advance if I want to use the rooftop at 1 pm or if I could use the Hoover at exactly 10:30 am. Related to this, the Hoover is never in time to pick it up and it’s been missing for a week and management do not know who has it. 3: Common spaces lack of amenities, the first weeks we use to have a giant chess board which right now is missing. Also a big net so that people could play voleyball. 4: the gym bar has been taken to reception a few times and they were unable to fix it, they just put it back a week after saying they have fixed it. 5: When a parcel comes, you need to wait until kavanagh sends you and email and e in the correct parcel collection time to collect it.
Kavanagh Court is an ideal place for students. The room has plenty of storage, plenty of outlets and lighting and a perfectly sized desk. The bathroom is incredible and the kitchen has so many new appliances. The internet is really high speed which worked out well since most of the classes this year were remote. They also offer free cancellation and offered two weeks free in the beginning of the year to students who had to isolate. It was such a stress reliever. The staff is really friendly and the location cannot be beat!
I would highly recommend Kavanagh Court. The location is fantastic, being in the city centre, you're only a stone's throw away from everything and only 15 mins walk from campus! The staff are welcoming and the maintenance team on site are great!
Great location. Very kind staff. Students from all corners of the world. Overall an amazing social experience.
Excellent accomodation for the price. The Location is also very convenient as it is a 10 minute walk to the city centre.
Stay here please! Do not book anything else! You’ll thank me later!
The living experience in Kavanagh court was great. It has one of the best facilities and the best management. Being in the city center it is conveniently located to everything.
It's a great place to live, the staff are so nice and it's close to everything you possibly need.
Wonderful place to live! The staff are lovely, and great central location
I really loved staying here and I'm really glad I'll be staying here next year! It was such a worthwhile experience and the staff were incredibly lovely and helpful!
I really love living here! It's the perfect location to my college and the supermarkets and shops are close by. The building has really friendly staff and cool rooms for us like a roof with a gorgeous view, a gym, games rooms and study rooms. The staff are super friendly and always try to fix things or help out asap.
Location is close to college. There are many pubs, cafe and grocery stores nearby. Rooms are spacious. Management is nice and helpful. The only downside is it can be expensive.
Kavanagh court lived up to expectations, very helpful staff and a great room. Having lived in several student accommodations in Dublin during my college years this is definitely my favourite.
I really enjoyed my stay at Kavanagh, unfortunately, we couldn't use the common spaces too much due to the pandemic but the team really tried hosting several virtual events throughout the year.
Good city centre housing. Expensive but good socialization.
Living here was a great experience overall. The only issue me and my flatmates faced was internet which has improved in recent times.
Great experience! Have lived here for 3 years now
This last year in Kavanagh has been great. Even during a pandemic they have been able to keep up the expectations. While the price is high, it is definitely worth it for the security of tenure. In addition, you get maintenance in less than 48hours after you have flagged an issue, which in my experience has always been even faster; and there is someone 24/7 in reception ready to help or even just have a chat with. The staff have been fantastic, they are always friendly and go above and beyond for you. Last but not least, having so many students living together really gives you the full student experience and it has become a great sense of community, which has been possible as a result of all the nice communal areas, like games room, or my favourite, the roof terrace.
Things in my room were broken for weeks, which wouldn’t be such a big deal if the place wasn’t cheaply made and beginning to fall apart. The cleaning schedule left a lot to be desired even if there wasn’t a pandemic. Not the “luxury apartments” it claims to be in the slightest
