Really enjoyed my time living on Cork street! It was a great location, and the rent was reasonable considering I was in a studio. The staff were exceptional, they were very friendly and always sorted any issues I had promptly. The only reason I am leaving my place is because I am not a student anymore, I would have gladly stayed longer if I could have!

I had a wonderful stay at Here! on Cork Street. As a PhD student, having a gold ensuite room to share with three others was perfect – I always had the privacy and quiet space to focus on my work. The room had everything I needed, with plenty of storage and natural light. The spacious kitchen easily accommodated all four of us. Knowing Dublin pretty well, I found the location to be ideal. It's within walking distance of Trinity College. Plus, the nearby bus stop was handy for longer trips. What really stood out was the staff! No matter how stressed I was, they greeted me with a friendly smile and were always ready to lend a hand. They responded to my emails promptly and politely answered all my questions. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my time there and I wish I could have extended my stay. A special mention to the hardworking cleaning staff for keeping everything in top shape. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

The premise is excellent: it is clean, well-maintained, safe, and the staff very helpful. The process leading up to the booking was also very smooth, as I was able to secure the booking before I arrived in Dublin, which is almost impossible if you are renting an apartment, since that would typically require in-person viewing and meeting with the landlord. The facilities are adequate, with a spacious kitchen and living room in our corridor, decent 24-hour gym, and a good study space. Admittedly the price is a bit on the higher side, but this is also unsurprising given the shortage of housing in Dublin. If price is not a concern, I would highly recommend Here! Cork Street to any potential students.
Room and kitchen were very dirty when moving in. Especially the kitchen was in an unlivable state. The place is located in an area that is full of drug addicts and dealers, not uncommon to see people dealing right outside the door. Trying to get something fixed is hopeless. I notified management multiple times about a broken freezer and a broken tap in the kitchen and it was still broken when I moved out 40 weeks later. The staff is friendly and helpful for quick advice, anything beyond that gets lost and never gets completed. The Manager is very bossy and unhelpful, gives a lot of attitude without helping fix an issue (literally told me the freezer can’t be replaced asap “because you are only one of 399 students here”). Also 1 of the 4 blocks of the accommodation is rented out to language students who arrive every 2-3 weeks, basically turning it into a hotel (and they usually treat it as such) with loud music every evening and people drinking and doing drugs in the courtyard.
God send for a lad looking for somewhere last minute. I've paid more for worse, would definitely recommend as a place to stay
I have lived here throughout my student experience. I have been very happy with the staff, facilities of the accommodation and everything.
I had a great stay at Here on cork street! The staff made me feel like home and the accommodations were both functional and comfortable. Could not have asked for a better stay this past semester!
overall good experience. there were a few issues that occurred over the year, but they were solved within a quick time frame.
I had a wonderful experience at Cork Street. The staff have been absolutely lovely and very accommodating and I looked forward to chatting with them on the way out every morning. Thanks for such a lovely semester in Ireland!
My exchange semester in Dublin would not have been the same without the accommodation on Cork Street. Moving to a capital city was an overwhelming idea, especially given the housing situation in Dublin. I was extremely lucky to find a place there right before my arrival and eventually it became more than just a place - it became a home away from home. I made use out of all the facilities starting from the gym, to the study rooms where I spent so much time studying and to the cinema room where I was watching movies with friends. The kitchen was very spacious together with the common area, and the rooms were very cozy. The location was great, as I walked to the city centre almost every day. But what truly set this place apart was the incredible staff! They were very helpful, always at the reception no matter the time of day/night and I truly miss receiving a smile every time I passed by! This place will always have a special place in my exchange experience!
Here! Cork Street Dublin 8 is everything I needed / wanted as a college student. The building was obviously recently constructed as bathroom, kitchen, windows bedroom etc. are modern, stylish and comfortable. En suite rooms have perfect mix of private/social aspects with flatmates. The communal roof-top, courtyard, living room and gym facilitate fabulous friendship building opportunities and the staff are very responsive and helpful. Location is unbelievable. Within minutes you can be strolling through St. Patricks Park and pop out near the never dull Camden Street. Could go on but will refrain - no one paid me to say this, just a happy resident.
Great location, well maintained by the management team and cleaning staff. Highly recommended
Flat mates smoke in apartment kitchen, conversations with both flat mates and staff didn’t solve the problem. One vacuum available for the entire apartment complex. Room wasn’t clean when I arrived, sink was clogged. Took them two days to fix it. No bedding. No kitchen equipment (microwave, oven, stove available). No plates, no pots, no pans, no cutlery. No trash bins. Premises is clean. Staff is friendly. Modern furniture. Nice rooftop. Expensive!!!
Obviously the rent is way too high. Other than that, the building is very clean and the management team is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are always fixed promptly, and there’s always someone at reception to help you with any question you might have. I wouldn’t want to be in any other student accommodation.
My main issue is with the main management. There have been a variety of issues and there has either been no response from management or the time taken to respond has been abhorrent. There is a complete lack of communication between the management and the residents, and between the management team themselves. The issues include lack of follow up on issues, and residents in my flat being told different things about the issues. I have not felt heard at all by the management, and felt as though we as students are not been taken seriously. It is evident that the team is not competent to deal with issues efficiently or effectively.
the accommodation is clean and has a very classy look to it that is nice. love the decorations every holiday too!
Great everything perfect staff lovely
Happy and Awesome loving my stay here.
Overall I’ve loved my stay at Cork Street. The staff are lovely and location is fabulous! The rooms are excellent as well. No complaints
The main issue I have with this accommodation is the management on site. I have reported many issues that have taken extensive amounts of time to be resolved with some still ongoing. We don’t always feel heard as students with our reports not being treated with urgency. There have been times when there has been poor communication between staff and ourselves with multiple house members getting told different information.
Too expensive for what we have
Excellent experience, friendly personalised service. All things considered, couldn’t be better.
Great living experience. Very friendly and helpful staff.
It is a little overpriced and the rooms are too small, but location is good and facilities are nice
Stayed 2 years, great management and location. Price too high
Great reception and social areas , security 24hr
From here cork street - I have been living here for about a year now and the service has been excellent thus far. The management has been very supportive to any of my queries or requests. Also, Damien in particular, has helped me a lot right through my stay here and would happily recommend this place to students as there is good connectivity to most universities.
Great new and modern house in Dublin 8 in a very nice and fairly central area. Everything you need is within walking distance (1 minute Lidl, 15 minutes Temple Bar, 20 minutes Trinity) yet with a bus stop right outside. Since the beginning of the year, a new management has been in place, which really deals with problems differently and shows much more commitment to the residents. Prices are comparable to other student housings. Tip: If you like it quieter, you should avoid rooms facing the street, which is quite busy (go for Block B and C).
One of the best student living experience, one can ask for. Great social spaces, spacious personal rooms and living rooms, interactive events, and the best management team on call. A special thank you to Damien Daly and Stacey Sheridan for their warm hospitality and consideration for everyone.
Great management! Damien ensure all issues are addressed and resolved in the most appropriate and efficient ways.
It has been lovely staying at this beautiful accommodation coming from home 7000 kms away.
Amazing accommodation with amazing interior and facility. The management is very friendly and it is one of the best accommodation in Dublin.
I am very happy to have lived here, especially since the current GM, Damian Daly started his work, the place became more than just an accommodation service, but gained a family atmosphere. I am happy to have stayed here.
The most unfriendly staff I've ever had to deal with. Once I wanted to get a parcel from reception. The woman was totally annoyed by me asking anything and then threw my parcel on the counter. If it would have been fragile, it would have been broken by that. Luckily it was mostly cloth.
Staff don't do their jobs, THEY LOST MY MONEY for 4 months!!! I paid my rent on time and they lost it somehow and because they don't give you actual receipts you have no real proof of paying. Also when you go to ask them anything they respond without care or sympathy, they don't take down which packages come regularly so when you go to ask them if there is a package for you, instead of checking the storage room they tell you to check an excel sheet (which they dont update on some days - Sundays are understandable but Wednesdays???) and when you ask the security guard 2 hours later, the package is magically there... The rooms were dirty when moving in so people had to call for staff or clean them themselves. There are many problems which you pay WAY TOO MUCH for, for example: the buttons to flush the toilet don't work properly in many rooms, the drains are clogged so you have to pull out someones hair out of them when you move in, heating doesn't go below 25 in some rooms -sleeping suck
