Little Patrick Street offers modern and lively student living in the heart of Belfast. On its doorstep are countless shops, restaurants, green spaces, and easy transport links. The location is ideal for students as Ulster University, Belfast Campus is only a 3-minute walk away, and the Jordanstown Campus is a 5-minute walk. By bus, students can easily reach both Queen’s University campus and the Belfast botanical gardens.
The excellent location is not the only highlight of Little Patrick Street. The residence offers some excellent amenities including, a TV lounge, games area, study space, and access to the gym next door at their sister property, Great Patrick Street. All the essentials are also covered with high-speed wifi available in every room of the building, safe bike storage, and on-site laundry facilities. There’s also a dedicated on-site team available 24/7 to help with any student needs and arrange the jam-packed calendar of social events.
There are 2 types of studios or 3 types of ensuite rooms to choose from, all fully furnished. The studios are self-contained with ensuite facilities, a kitchen, a double bed, and a study area. The ensuite rooms have small doubles, a study area, and storage in a cluster flat of up to 6 people.

The people who I was randomly allocated weren't the best, however the kitchen is amazing spacious. Much more spacious than every other accomodation. No matter where you view from your room. You'll always have a good view of the city, either by the cathedral or the train that passes by every hour. Love it.

It's a good place for students near to college and near to city center. All shops are walkable distance. 24*7 staff will be available for the need. It have great social space for friends meet up. Overall it is a great place.

Little Patrick Street has actually been up to my expectations in terms of the cleanliness, infrastructure and the location. Nothing has been than far and it was very easy to commute to almost all the places. The staff were very friendly. Judy and Jas were very good and very much like our friends.

Little Patrick is really good accomodations for students who needs safety and privacy, there are many accomodations around Belfast but I would suggest Little Patrick as a prior one. If you love to share room with international or people from same country you'll have the freedom to stay with them.

Little patrick street is a cosy place with a good opportunity to make friends. It’s quite easy to get around and make it here but it’s also a little far from a few places.

I loved staying in Little Patrick St and was so sad to leave! The location was close to the city centre and although a bit further from Queens was great over all. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming which made the stay the best it could possibly be
I've been staying here for almost a year now and I have nothing but positive things to say. The rooms themselves are great, especially since I live in a studio apartment. I also opted for duel occupancy which has made the already affordable price even better.
I would recommend Little Patrick Street 100%. Great social spaces, along with a great view from North Facing studio Rooms. Staff are really friendly.
Decent but I would suggest trying to stay with people you know. Awkward when your housemates don't talk to you
Had a lovely time at Little Patrick Street, my room was perfect just for me and the receptionist staff were always so pleasant and helpful with anything I needed! the only concern I had was the laundry room was never cleaned properly for weeks but other than that, my stay at LPS was great!

The reception is nice!! The rooms are Bright and spacious, the kitchen is well furnished, the public area is big and tidy, and the stuff disinfect common areas daily. There are a lot of activities held and the reception often provides the snacks for us. The experience is nice!
I have been living in here for a past few months, and I can honestly say that it's been a great experience. I don't have much to fault about this accommodation. I live in a studio apartment and it is amazing. The rooms are comfortable and cosy, especially the beds. The kitchen is manageable and very convenient to have right next to you. The bathroom is amazing, it's very well lit and the shower is great too. I fortunately was placed on the same floor as my friends from home which has definitely made my stay easier as I'm a more reserved person. I don't really have any issues living here so far :)

Little Patrick Street The place is very wonderful, I lived in it in 2020 and now also 2021 close to the city center and also a few minutes from a large center that includes a number of markets that meet all my needs and restaurants as well
I am a first year undergrad student at Ulster University and was quite disappointed to find no specific Ulster uni accomodations so i started looking privately. When I came across little Patrick street I was near enough instantly sold and I must say I haven't had any experience to cause me regretting my decision. Choosing student accommodation or commute was never an option for me as I am not an NI resident but I have had no issues with anybody thanks to the brilliantly helpful staff and other residents. In regards to the location it is perfect in terms of proximity to city centre, Ulster Belfast campus as well as other student accommodations allowing for plenty of parties if you're interested. Further I am amazed at how well sound is insulated in the rooms. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone interested.
Definitely a solid choice for a first year student, little to no complaints. Social spaces are good for cutting about in and meeting people from the same building. Rooms are solid, little to no problems. Bathrooms are solid minus having to constantly unblock the shower drain (but honestly its such a minor inconvenience that it isn’t much of a factor in my opinion). Wifi is very rarely “bad” but some days it’ll cut out for a couple of minutes at most, speed isn’t terrible either. Can say I would recommend it to anyone who’s unsure about which accommodation to choose. Both for Queen’s and Ulster. Ulster being right on the front door, while Queen’s is further it is within walking distance if you’re in the mood but there is a bus by city hall, and outside ulster that’ll shorten the journey meaning for both spots; LPS is a solid choice.
I have really enjoyed my student experience to date at little Patrick street. The staff are very friendly. The social space is a great area for meeting new people. The staff also run various events and are very helpful when it comes to parcel deliver and losing my fob of course!😀
I had such a good expletive here and meet a whole group of friends in the social space that I still go out to till this day, the kitchens and the rooms are also a good size

It is a really nice place to live, with lots of lovely staff members. It is really close to the city centre so is very convenient, however is about a 45 minute walk away from Queens so not the best if you are going to uni there. Other than that it is lovely and would absolutely recommend.

I enjoy the student roost accommodations immensely, they have some amazing activities where you can enjoy.
The studentroost little patrick is a great choice for student accommodation. It has a excellent location which is close to the city centre, and there are many supermarkets nearby so that it is convinent for the living. All the staff in reception are friendly and kind and they make me free joyful to live here.
Although a little far from university (which can’t be helped as I am at queens not ulster) I’m having such a fun stay here. The rooms are great and comfy, the staff are so friendly, and the social events have been so much fun. Everything is so well thought out, and it’s nice to know I can go to the communal space and join in on a yoga class or watch a film on those evenings where I’m not busy. I can’t wait to spend another term here!
The staff at Little Patrick Street are what makes it. I have only had wonderful experiences here in relation to staff, but I really have to highlight Magda and Karley as being exceptional in taking care of the residents. Special mention to Selene over at Great Patrick Street, even though I live at LPS, you have the patience of a saint dealing with me all the time and still remaining friendly and kind!
I have enjoyed my time here. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Great location - however street parking would be beneficial instead of worrying about getting a ticket. Wifi is tempermental and sometimes doesn’t work. There is good regular cleaning however some students just like to dump rubbish along the corridor or in the elevator
In July, I made another comment for really kind and helpful staff but today another staff totally changed all my positive feelings to negative. Some of staff are really rude and their attitude far from being even acceptable when they are talking to you. There are some rules only they know and some of them implements and some of them not. Today I just received mail from courier for my delivery with a photo and I went to the reception to pick up my parcel from the table next to the reception desk. But instead of listening first, she started to blame me with a disrespectful attitude like I am trying to take some other people's parcel and breaching rules i have never heard before. It was totally insulting and I felt terrible about it.

I'm staying in this accommodation this year and absolutely love it, I have also rebooked for next year. The views from my flat are amazing and my ensuite/flat is very clean and modern. The property team are also so helpful especially Magda who goes above and beyond for residents!
The bronze studio that I live in has a very spacious space, very good quality furniture and beautiful interior design. The staff at the reception are very professional and friendly.

I moved into little Patrick street in September 2020 and I would really recommend this accommodation to anyone studying in Ulster or even Queens. I moved into a bronze ensuite room and it has everything that you would need. Despite the lockdown restrictions that were in place this year I still made really good friends within my cluster flat. The building is located extremely well and only takes 5-10 minutes to walk into the city centre. The staff at reception are extremely helpful and friendly and are there to help 24/7. The wifi, heating and kitchen appliances all work perfectly and there is enough storage space in the kitchen for everyone. Student Roost is a lovely place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

Great experience overall. Facility staff is friendly and helpful. The location of building is just a few minutes away from city center by walk.

I had a great experience at LPS. The social spaces are super nice and are perfect to meet people from all around the world. Most of the staff is very nice as well and are up for a chat. Everything was clean and I was lucky to have great flatmates. For a short time, like an exchange year or first year it’s a nice place to get to know people. For a longer time it could get too expensive though.
The accommodation is very clean, Service is Good,available 24/7. the common room is a great opportunity to connect with others and have a great time together.

It was a great experience! Great staff and great and clean facilities. The location is also very good. Just 5min walk to the city centre and 2 min walk to tje Belfast Campus.
