About Bradbury Place
Bradbury Place is a brand new student accommodation that opened in September 2024. The property is located a short walk from Queen’s University and a quick cycle from Ulster University. You have everything you need within walking distance, including the city centre, supermarket, bar, takeaways and train station.
There are some fantastic facilities to enjoy, including a private gym, study space, two landscaped courtyards, cinema room and reception/lounge, which are perfect spots to get to know your neighbours. Residents can take full advantage of the Wi-Fi and on-site laundry facilities. To ensure you and your belongings are safe and secure, there is twenty-four-hour CCTV, secure fob entry access and contents insurance. As an added benefit, you have all-inclusive utility bills, Sherpr, an on-site maintenance team and a twenty-four-hour on-site team.
