    Okay... strict rules, people in your room aall the time for maintenance and contractor work, poor WiFi, showers always go from cold to painfully hot mid shower multiole times, moldy bathrooms, no cleaning and if you're unlucky enough to get messy flatmates, you get threatened with fines as your flat is examined every single week. Some unlucky rooms get an extremely small window which faces a wall, so be warned if you suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder. Fridges in the shared kitchens are extremely small, I had to buy a mini fridge. etc, etc. That being said, it's alright, it's not the worst in the world, and it's definitely a lot nicer than the uni's Halls of Residence, but it is noticeably further out from the city centre, especially with Millfield not exactly being a very nice place. Some people I know haven't had the issues I've encountered and enjoyed their time at the Forge a lot, so don't take my experience for gospel. read more

    Good experience, area where the accommodation is is a bit unsafe but the security measures and campus minibus help that to be less of a concern read more

    What is available for the price is quite good but i do not believe that ensuites should be so expensive just for the added bathroom a d extra space. The location of the accomodation puts it close to a wide variety of shops and the university is within walking distance. Very close to the backstreets and unlit areas which causes anxiety for me. There is always someone available to speak to when issues arrise and then the issues are dealt with promptly and effectively. Social areas outiside of personal flats are always sparkling clean and tidy. The wifi is really good and issues rarely occur but do happen on occassion read more

    How do I change the tenancy agreement

    The tenancy agreement is a contract between you and your landlord which affords you specified accommodation for a specified length of time n exchange for a specified sum of money. In order to change the contract, you must both agree to cancel the original and begin a new one, unless one of you are in breach of that contract, IT IS BINDING FOR THE DURATION.
